Throughout the restaurant and on our famed patio, there are signs of a long family heritage. Joe T. Garcia's had become one of the most popular restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area by the 1970s. The restaurant began to expand not only in popularity but also in size as a result of their loyal consumers. The first addition was a modest patio with a pool and cabana. Every year since then, a new patio, party space, or eating area has been built. The seating capacity has grown from sixteen in the beginning to well over 1000 presently. The Oak Atelier is a one stop shop for professional photography, private event space, and woodworking. We have over 2500 square feet of interior space and 5 acres of open and wooded outdoor space just outside of The Woodlands, Texas. There are four different spaces available for rent, each with its own set of characteristics that make this location genuinely unique. The majority of the furniture is manufactured in our woodworking shop (special orders are welcome!). We have enough of parking and paved access for you to dump your belongings. There is also a gray plastered pool for underwater photography, as well as a lovely white brick facade, making this place ideal for any shot or event! When I was trying to come up with ideas for this space, a few things came to mind. I enjoy both a clean, modern style and the flavor and detailed design of old world Europe. This studio is a hybrid of the two, providing something extra special and unusual. The 17 foot ceilings, massive 9 foot doors salvaged from old mansions, polished concrete floors, and exposed brick are just a few of the features that give this space its unique personality. We primarily serve professional photographers and offer hourly studio rental, as well as wardrobe rental and a selection of larger furniture pieces that can be put up in any location. I can personally attest to how amazing this place is for private occasions after having my husband and I's wedding reception here!

HISTORY OF THE VENUE The Brake & Clutch building was constructed in the 1930s and served as the home of Brake & Clutch Service Co. for many years before closing in the 1980s. Spinelli's Vistro is an all-inclusive wedding estate set in the Texas Hill Country town of Comfort, within easy reach of San Antonio, Fredericksburg, and Boerne. The property is anchored by a historic, 100-year-old limestone chapel that served as a United Methodist church until 2001; its bell tower rises more than 25 feet above the entrance, and majestic oak trees shade the surrounding grounds for outdoor ceremonies. Beyond the chapel, the estate offers a vaulted dining hall that seats up to 250 guests, a dance hall with a built-in stage, and both indoor and outdoor bars, all set among manicured gardens and covered patios.
