Pioneer Works is a 501c3 non-profit that presents programs, public events, artist residencies, and classes — 85% of which are free and open to the public — across the disciplines of visual art, science, music, technology, and narrative arts. Pioneer Works offers unique, scalable spaces and a 20,000-square-foot garden that can accommodate a wide variety of events: from large-scale build outs, conferences and dinners, to film shoots, screenings and intimate receptions. Income generated by rentals goes directly back into supporting our programs, public events, artist residencies and classes. Rental fees ranging from $10,000 - $38,000 are daily rates for 8am–1am. Overages are subject to an additional hourly fee. Non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount off our standard rental pricing. Pioneer Works is a multi-functional space. An additional fee will apply to limit staff and residents access to the building around the event.

Carroll Hall is a rare and unexpected event space featuring a botanic garden in Brooklyn. We welcome all types of private events, from weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, and birthday parties to art exhibits, performances, corporate functions, fundraisers and film shoots. The space encompasses a total of 10,000 square feet, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. For indoor events, we have an open warehouse space, a skylit indoor catering room, and a private mezzanine lounge. Ultimately, the garden is the heart of our space, created as a quiet retreat among plants, birds, insects, and urban wildlife. Tucked in the back of our garden is a discreet wooden "treehouse", perfect for a quiet moment during any event. Carroll Hall and Dameron Architecture were awarded the 2022 AIA New York Design Award Citation for Reclaiming Urban Space. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our very foundation, which uses original bricks and existing ceramic brick walls from the prior warehouse structure, and most of the interior wood is reclaimed. The venue is a flexible use space, perfect for unique & engaging brand activations, corporate gatherings, film & photo shots, weddings, fashion shows, and of course, DJ & live music performance and parties. This is an intimate, flexible event and performance venue located in Midtown East, available for full buyout by the hour. The space includes two connected rooms: a main showroom with a built-in stage and a bar/lounge area. It is well suited for private events, live performances, rehearsals, corporate gatherings, screenings, and creative productions. The main showroom features a raised stage with professional sound and lighting, multiple microphones, and a baby grand piano available for use. The room can be configured for seated events, standing receptions, or cleared layouts, with tables and chairs that can be removed or rearranged as needed. The bar and lounge area includes a full operational bar, bar seating, tables, banquette seating, and warm ambient lighting, making it ideal for cocktail hours, networking, or breakout space. The venue also offers Wi-Fi, TVs with HDMI input, adjustable lighting, elevator and stair access, and easy street-level load-in. Outside food is allowed with no restrictions, and BYOB is permitted. Meet revolutionized how companies gather for meetings. Meet has hosted hundreds of clients for their strategy and brainstorming sessions, focus groups, product launches and pitch meetings.

WhiteBox is a non-profit contemporary art space in Manhattan, founded in 1998 as an alternative gallery in the then-nascent Chelsea neighborhood. Over more than two decades it has relocated across the city — to the Lower East Side, East Harlem, and most recently to Alphabet City in the East Village — sustaining 27 years of uninterrupted programming along the way. The space describes itself as a radically inclusive institution with a mission to remain freely accessible to everyone, prioritizing underserved communities through exhibitions, educational programs, and participatory projects. Its calendar spans contemporary art exhibitions, performances, artist conversations, and workshops, alongside recurring initiatives such as the FireHouse Lit Lounge, a cultural-literary-performance salon. Docent-led tours are offered in English, Spanish, and Chinese. Open Tuesday through Friday, WhiteBox offers a gallery setting in the East Village suited to exhibitions, cultural gatherings, and community-oriented events.
