To reserve the space for up to 100 guests, you have exclusive access to our back patio between 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM on any day of the week. An event coordinator will work with you through the entire process and be on-site the day of to ensure everything runs smoothly. For food and beverage options, we offer a variety of choices. You may select from our in-house passed hors d'oeuvres or opt for one of our preferred catering partners for a full-course meal. Prices can vary depending on your selection. In terms of beverages, we offer wine and beer. Please note that beverage purchases are in addition to the rental fee. If you choose to bring your own beverages, a corkage fee will apply. Alternatively, if you prefer to only rent the space without food and beverage service, the venue fee alone would apply. Please inquire about pricing. In October of 2014, Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club completed an incredible renovation project to provide Napa Valley with an elite wedding venue for guests up to 280 people. With an outdoor pavilion that sits just outside the restaurant patio on an elevated 4,000 square foot terra cotta stamped concrete foundation, Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club is a premiere location to host an event of any sort. Beautiful views of Napa Valley feature the mountains, vineyards, golf course, 300 yard waterfalls and professional landscaping. A gorgeous clear tent provided breathtaking rustic wooden walls, excellent for blocking heavy wind and providing an indoor/outdoor atmosphere for guests to enjoy. Twelve chandeliers hang from the ceiling of Eagle Vines Vineyards and Golf Club's tent, and white draped fabric adds a soft touch to the venue. SSS Ranch Napa is one of the oldest ranches in Wine Country going back to an original Spanish land grant in the 1800’s. In 1958 the ranch was turned into a family resort making it the oldest operating resort in Wine Country. In 2012 the ranch was purchased by the current owners who fully renovated the property using architectural salvage collected from around the world. Their objective was to make you feel as if you are in your own private village on a hilltop in France. Because we only rented the property exclusively, you have your own private resort perfect for a destination wedding weekend. The estate can sleep up to 60 of your guests onsite in the two historic Victorians houses and the 14 chic cabins. The iconic ranch sits on a western facing ridge top surrounded by old growth Redwood, Walnut, Live Oak and Douglas Fir trees. From this location you will experience the best sunsets in Napa Valley. Though the property is in a pristine environment it is only 4 miles from the historic town of Calistoga. At SSS Ranch you can have your rehearsal dinner Friday night, ceremony and reception Saturday night, and brunch Sunday morning. You get the exclusive use of this magical property for 2 nights which includes: Reception area in our Event Barn and stone patios Ceremony site under a massive 175 year old Black Walnut tree Tables and chairs for up to 150 people at both the ceremony and reception sites Pool area, salt-water infinity hot tub, gym and private 12 acres Full commercial kitchen, outdoor pizza oven, and Argentine BBQ Given the private nature of the ranch, we host a limited number of events annually. Our in-season weekend fee is $45k for the exclusive use of the entire estate including the lodging for 60 people and up to 200 event guests. We have reduced this price to $35k for those weekends still available for 2024! Given that we are in the epicurean center of the Unted States, we allow you to choose your own food and alcohol. The possibilities are endless! We have a preferred list of wedding planners as well as an inhouse planning to make your weekend seamless.
