The setting is ideal for smaller weddings, rehearsal dinners, and brunches. Infrastructure and Capacity It is possible for couples to celebrate their wedding with groups of up to 125 people. This venue, which is housed in a renovated Federal house, has four rooms where couples can dine with their friends and family. For a seated dinner, the Middleburg Room can accommodate up to 56 guests in comfort. Guests will be transported to the nearby Virginia hunt country when they enter. One of the room's architectural highlights is a ceiling covered with old barn siding from the New England countryside that dates back to the 1800s, as well as massive beams from a post-and-beam home in Vermont. The bay window at the east end of the room has a view of 36th Street and the Georgetown neighborhood below.
