The Calabasas Community Center is a 30,000-square-foot recreational facility located at 27040 Malibu Hills Road in Calabasas, California, on a 4.5-acre parcel in the western San Fernando Valley foothills. Originally opened as the Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center, the facility reopened in March 2024 following a $2.1 million renovation — funded by federal and Los Angeles County grants — that included a full roof replacement, new gymnasium flooring, and upgraded equipment throughout. The center offers rental space for private events, parties, and milestone celebrations through two primary event areas: The Grove, a 4,500-square-foot banquet hall featuring new flooring, motorized blinds, a warming kitchen, and high-definition video walls suited to wedding receptions, galas, and corporate events; and a multi-purpose activity room with an adjacent outdoor patio for smaller gatherings and meetings. Event furniture is included with rental packages. Beyond its event spaces, the facility houses a 10,000-square-foot gymnasium, a full-service fitness studio, a dance and exercise studio, a weight room, a 35-foot indoor rock climbing wall, and a child watch playroom. Chico Event Center occupies the top floor of a renovated historic brick building one block from Downtown Chico, California. The space is outfitted with crisp white columns, polished hardwood floors, detailed ceiling soffits, and a sky roof that fills the room with natural light — all framing views of the Downtown tree line. The venue's single event space accommodates up to 200 guests for seated dinners, 150 seated alongside a raised dance floor, or up to 399 guests for standing receptions. The Ripon Community Center is a city-operated event facility located at 259 North Wilma Avenue in Ripon, California. Situated in the heart of San Joaquin County, the center offers two distinct halls available for rental by residents, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and groups when not reserved for city programming. The facility encompasses two connected event spaces: a Small Hall spanning 3,440 square feet with a stage and seating for up to 252 dining guests, and a Large Hall at 6,000 square feet accommodating up to 400 for dining. The two halls are joined by a full kitchen, a bar area, and restrooms, allowing groups to use either space independently or in combination for larger events. Included with every rental are 56 rectangular tables, 50 round tables, seating for up to 450 guests, dishware service for 400, coffee service, and a PA system. The facility is ADA accessible and available for weddings, receptions, community celebrations, fundraisers, and private gatherings.

The property hosts multi-day celebration weekends that begin Friday evening and conclude with a farewell brunch Sunday morning. The covered Pavilion Barn accommodates up to 150 guests and features a massive stone fireplace, wrought iron and crystal chandeliers, custom wood farm tables, and wooden barn doors that enclose the space during cooler months. Ceremonies take place outdoors beneath ancient oak trees, overlooking ponds, or on open grassy fields. Our quiet and beautifully maintained grounds, located in lovely downtown Los Gatos, provide a sanctuary of calm in our indoor and outdoor settings. Our interior's clean lines provide you with a blank canvas on which to create your own unique event. Our garden area is also ideal for weddings, parties, and family gatherings. Inside, we can easily handle gatherings for up to 150 people, with additional outside flexibility. We are an easy walk to restaurants and hotels in Los Gatos, making us ideal for smaller groups (20 to 50) looking for a pleasant, quiet area to work.
