Featuring 3,500 square feet of internal floorspace and floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Duncan Plaza, hardwood flooring, and restored ironwork from the original structure, Laurenia is a stylish and convenient place to live. The united space contains an additional events area known as 2three4, a fully equipped kitchen, a bridal suite, and an ambiance that is unlike anything else in the neighborhood. 2three4 is a unique restaurant and bar that is located on the mezzanine level of the ancient Pythian Temple in the heart of New Orleans' Central Business District and offers an atmosphere unlike any other. The Pythian's private event spaces are ideal for a variety of occasions including weddings, networking events, corporate meetings, and private functions. Pricing for the venue begins at $1,500. Indoors, the 3,500 square feet of space can comfortably seat 250 people in comfort.
