Both the brand's distinctively contemporary appearance and Chef Chow's contemporary interpretation of classic Chinese food are upheld at Philippe Downtown. Bold red accents are used around the room to denote good fortune and joy in Chinese culture. The restaurant is open and adaptable, with movable spaces perfect for private dining options for gatherings of up to 225 people. Upon entering, visitors are enticed into the main dining area by a mirrored staircase lighted by subtle gold lighting. The seating options range from free-standing tables beneath a gold-leafed ceiling to opulently upholstered banquettes. The walls are decorated with tasteful artwork that combines light and textural materials. A DJ booth is housed in the main bar, which is behind the eating area, and is encircled by a golden bamboo display case.

Located in the Ludlow Hotel on Manhattan’s storied Lower East Side, Dirty French is an energetic bistro created by the acclaimed hospitality brand Major Food Group and its co-founders Jeff Zalaznick, Mario Carbone, and Rich Torrisi. Dirty French's Main Dining Room can accommodate large parties of up to 24 guests non-privately or it can be booked privately for up to 90 guests seated or 150 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French's Private Dining Room is located on the 2nd Floor of the Ludlow Hotel, through a private entrance. The room has a built-in bar, dedicated restrooms, a private coat check, and large windows overlooking Ludlow Street. It can be booked for up to 50 guests seated or 80 guests for a reception-style event. Dirty French’s Garden is a beautiful courtyard that is located on the ground floor of the Ludlow Hotel. The space features a glass ceiling, exposed brick walls, a picture window looking into the kitchen, and open airflow. It can be booked for up to 24 guests seated.

It features 2,000 sq ft of renovated space, 11 ft ceiling, hardwood oak flooring, a kitchen, HVAC, AV, furniture and more. Movable walls and adjustable lighting present various options for art exhibitions, cocktail receptions, pop-ups, film or fashion projects. Previous collaborations include Blue Bloods, The Irishman, And Just Like That, events by Microsoft, Pixar, NASA, Kevyn Aucoin, Vans, Project Runway and American Express among many others. Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Among many original details are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles, floating walls, partially exposed bricks, a collection of museum quality paintings and photographs. Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, a Canon projector, laser/LED lights and more. All these items are FREE and available to enhance your celebration shall you decide to use them. Of course, you may bring your own equipment, art and furniture. Marte Hall is a family-owned event venue serving the East Williamsburg and Bushwick area of Brooklyn. Part of the BrooklynPartyHall.com family of venues, Marte Hall offers a flexible blank-canvas setting with an experienced management team committed to making each event smooth, organized, and memorable. The venue has been operating since 2015 and underwent a complete renovation in 2020. Its approximately 2,500-square-foot event space can be customized for weddings, birthdays, Sweet 16s, baby showers, repasts, corporate events, and other private celebrations. Marte Hall accommodates up to 120 guests and features Wi-Fi, an illuminated in-house bar, ductless air conditioning and heating, teakwood flooring, three restrooms, and dimmable dynamic lighting. A prep kitchen is available with a sink, refrigeration, and space for food preparation and staging. Marte Hall does not have a full commercial kitchen, stove, oven, or gas cooking equipment. Outside vendors may be used, allowing clients flexibility in creating an event that reflects their own style and vision

Unique on the Lower East Side, the atmosphere of the 10,000 square foot space is both grand and intimate, moody and effervescent.
