The Navy Yard Car Barn has been the final station on the Red Line for nearly a century, repairing and rerouting streetcars for the Capital Transit Company across the nation's capital. This old car barn has now been transformed into a cutting-edge event space with a range of flexible areas for retreats, corporate meetings, conferences, weddings, parties, and various other kinds of social gatherings. The Main Hall is situated in the heart of the Capital Turnaround, much like the locomotive's powerplant. Mystique Barrel Brewing and Lager House occupies a beautifully restored former theatre in Pigtown, Baltimore. The space has high ceilings, warm reclaimed wood throughout, an industrial character, and the kind of atmosphere that makes people want to stay longer than they planned. The taproom seats up to 100 guests and features a flexible layout that can be arranged to fit your event: seated dinners, standing receptions, cocktail hours, corporate happy hours, team events, private parties, you name it. The lower level can be cleared for dancing or configured for up to 40 guests for more intimate gatherings. Three 65-inch TVs and a large projector are available for presentations, slideshows, or game-day viewing.
