République, located in the heart of Los Angeles, is owned by Chef Walter Manzke and Chef Margarita Manzke. République offers a full service off-site catering company by Walter and Margarita Manzke. The iconic République building was built in 1929 as Charlie Chaplin's offices, and was eventually transformed into La Brea Bakery and Campanile. The Loft at Liz's
The Loft at Liz’s art gallery in Los Angeles features both emerging and established artists and artisans, fostering an open dialogue between eclectic and diverse points of view, ideologies and experiences. Works of all mediums are featured. Located in the historic Miracle Mile district of Los Angeles, the hardware store was born in 1979 when Liz happened upon a 4000 square foot warehouse in Chicago filled to the brim with objects culled by a local picker from garage sales, abandoned buildings, and flea markets. Liz purchased the contents, and with her keen eye set to work organizing the haphazard menagerie into a successful wholesale hardware department store. In 1992 the business relocated to Los Angeles, where Liz’s Antique Hardware remains a staple for the Southern California antique and interior design community. Our space is a 1,200+ sq ft New York style loft with weathered hardwood floors, wood ceiling beams and plenty of natural light. A fine art gallery open to the public daily, exhibits are changed bi-monthly. Art exhibits are thematically curated. Please contact gallery staff for upcoming or current exhibit details. Decor features vintage lighting and antique hardware. Two staircases lead up to the loft: one is accessed through the store and a private entrance is conveniently accessed through the back alley. A smaller private room off of the main area can be used for a full bar or DJ set-up. Location includes built-in high performance audio and wireless PA system. A fully functional kitchen includes antique appliances, hardwood kitchen island and stainless steel shelving.

SmogShoppe, a former smog-check facility from the 1980s, is now a 6,500 square foot indoor/outdoor event space powered entirely by solar energy and a paradise for desert plants, vertical gardens, and sophisticated vintage furnishings. Live concerts, private events, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, and productions can all be held in the combined indoor and external areas. The floor plan of the venue can accommodate 250 people for live events and cocktail parties, 150 people for garden performances and ceremonies, and 150 people for formal sit-down dinners. SmogShoppe is conveniently located in the middle of the Culver City art/design district, just minutes from Santa Monica, LAX, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, and Downtown Los Angeles, and is easily accessible from the 10 highway. The vast courtyard area of SmogShoppe is a calm break and a pleasant surprise for visitors. This space is the perfect place to get creative and build - from tents to hot air balloons and even large scale stages and performance areas, a complete blank canvas to illustrate your story! This location can accommodate up to 450 guests. VINEYARD The Vineyard setting is located on a hilltop situated in the middle of the vineyards surrounded by white rose bushes. From this elevated vantage, you have 360 degree panoramic views of the surrounding vineyards and valleys. In keeping with the natural setting, vows are exchanged under a fallen oak tree arch, entwined with grape vines. Hanging lights from the trees create the perfect ambiance for a reception. This location can accommodate up to 150 guests. HILLTOP The Hilltop is located on top of a steep hillside with stunning mountain, rock, vineyard and even Pacific Ocean views!
