We are a venue located in the Hollywood Hills just minutes from the historical Mulholland Drive. The Villa Bellevista in Hollywood Hills is an ideal location for a stylized event, film shoot or corporate retreat space. If you can take your eyes off of the expansive LA city view, you will find a large landscaped garden, laced with floral and a spa style swimming pool and jacuzzi with a large outside lounging deck, overlooking the breathtaking views… The interior exudes old Hollywood charm with a Chateau Marmont inspired vibe. Greystone Mansion & Park provides an exclusive, distinctive environment for any event. Edward (Ned) Doheny, Jr. and his family moved into the finished home in 1928 after it had been constructed. In addition to being included on the National Register of Historic Places, the estate has been available to the public as a park since 1971 and has been owned by the City of Beverly Hills since 1965. The outdoor grounds and historic architecture of Greystone offer a variety of ambiances that may be utilized for your wedding, whether it be grand or simple, Hollywood glamorous or California informal. This article provides an overview of the locations that may be utilized for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Applicants for special events or wedding parties (either individual) who live in the City of Beverly Hills and have evidence of residency may reserve their event date up to a year in advance. This applies to both types of events. Dates can be reserved up to ten months in advance for those who are not residents. Wedding Ceremony Only: Residents have the ability to make reservations 9 months in advance, but non-residents only have 6 months' notice.

A year-round stream winds through the property, and four miles of hiking trails trace the ridgelines and canyon floors that surround the event area. The centerpiece for private events is the outdoor amphitheater, set among native coastal oaks and accommodating up to 200 guests for wedding ceremonies. Rentals include four hours of event time, a two-hour rehearsal, use of an on-site sound system, and access to indoor restrooms. The amphitheater features a built-in arch, stage, and tiered seating, framed entirely by natural landscape.
