Preservation Park is a collection of 16 turn-of-the-century Victorian buildings set in the heart of downtown Oakland, California, two blocks from the 12th Street/City Center BART station. The park traces its roots to the 1870s, when the site flourished as an upscale residential neighborhood of elaborate Victorian homes. By the 1970s, many structures had fallen into disrepair and a proposed freeway threatened what remained. The City of Oakland responded with a public-private partnership that relocated endangered buildings and restored them for commercial use — preserving the facades, period-appropriate landscaping, Victorian-era park benches, and street lamps that define the property today. Together, the buildings offer 55,604 rentable square feet of space for weddings, corporate events, nonprofit gatherings, private celebrations, and meetings. Trentadue Winery is a family-owned estate winery set on 208 acres in Alexander Valley, Geyserville, California. Established in 1959 and surrounded by vineyard rows beneath oak-covered mountaintops, the property combines Old World Italian character with the natural beauty of Sonoma Wine Country. Six distinct event spaces accommodate gatherings from intimate elopements of 22 guests to full-scale weddings and celebrations of up to 265. The Sala de Leon Pavilion anchors the indoor offerings with vaulted ceilings, French doors overlooking the vineyards, and a polished concrete dance floor. DeLoach Vineyards offers a variety of experiences to choose from, ranging from small gatherings to large corporate tastings and events. The 21-acre estate, located in the center of Sonoma's Russian River Valley, offers a stunning view of vineyards as well as a quiet environment that is ideal for any occasion, whether it is for two or 500 people. The DeLoach Vineyards team has been working with and developing the greatest mixes of soil, rootstock and clones in Sonoma's Russian River Valley for more than three decades, and they are proud of their accomplishments. After relocating from Burgundy, France to California's Russian River Valley in 2003, the Boisset family brought two generations of sustainable winemaking expertise with them. They planted vineyards on the estate that had just produced Wine Enthusiast magazine's 2004 wine of the year, DeLoach Vineyards' 30th Anniversary Cuvée Pinot Noir, to the Russian River Valley. While the award-winning vineyards were being replanted with cover crops in order to regenerate the soil, DeLoach teamed with other winegrowers who were equally committed to and passionate about environmentally responsible farming practices and the creation of high-quality wines. The winery was recognized as a Top 100 Winery for the twelfth time in the winery's history by Wine & Spirits magazine, which was published in 2012.

The National Forest entirely encircles the 80 acres of our property. Our three sizable meadows offer expansive views of the mountains nearby, and the property has lovely streams meandering through them. We are situated in the Sierra Nevada Mountains' Tahoe National Forest. Independence Lake is only two miles away, Truckee/Donner Lake is 30 minutes away, and Lake Tahoe is 45 minutes away. We have a late-June to mid-September season. Our three-day wedding package gives you plenty of time to plan and set the stage for one of the most significant days of your lives. Our fee covers three days of use of our 80-acre property. This means that you have the entire day on Friday and the early hours of Saturday to prepare for your very own special and customized wedding. The major event will then be ready on Saturday afternoon and evening. Sunday is your entire day to unwind and take out any personal belongings. The cabin is the ideal location for the bridal party to get ready for your extraordinarily special day. There are numerous ceremony locations available (on a meadow, a lawn with a beautiful view, or next to a mountain stream surrounded by aspen trees).

The entire restaurant can accommodate up to 160 people for a seated dinner and 250 people for a cocktail reception. We have multi-course menus ranging from $85 to $125 per person, plus beverages. For larger events, a restaurant buyout requires a food and beverage minimum of $17,500 - $25,000 (plus service charge and sales tax), with the amount varying depending on the season, the size of the party, and the day of the week. A Friday rehearsal dinner or a Saturday wedding (in the late spring or early fall) are both very popular choices for couples. Our guests are not charged any room fees, location fees, or rental fees for any of the services that a restaurant would normally provide. Valet parking is available for a fee of $10 per car. Villa & Vine is a European-inspired event venue located at 1316 State Street in downtown Santa Barbara, directly across from the historic Arlington Theatre. The setting evokes a sun-soaked Mediterranean villa and garden courtyard, with crawling ivy, olive trees, a white-tiled fountain, and a fireplace that give the space its distinctive character. Two event spaces accommodate gatherings from 70 to 210 seated guests. The open-air Garden Courtyard, draped in greenery and lit by bistro lights and vintage street lamps, seats up to 140 and can hold 200 for a standing reception. The indoor Arlington Room features a built-in bar and dance floor and accommodates up to 70 guests, giving events a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. In-house catering is led by chef and owner Petros Benekos, whose Hellenic-California menu draws on produce grown at his Santa Ynez farm and ingredients imported from Greece. All food and beverage packages include tables, linens, chairs, a dance floor, heat lamps, bistro lighting, and staffing. Villa & Vine hosts one event per day and charges no separate site fee.

Switzer Farm sits on 22 acres of coastal headlands along California's Mendocino Coast, just north of the village of Westport. The property centers on a Victorian farmhouse built in 1884 and carefully restored over three years, offering sweeping, uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean from its blufftops, meadows, and south lawn. The venue rents exclusively — one wedding weekend at a time — accommodating up to 99 guests across its grounds. Lodging for more than 20 guests is included in the rental, spread between the main farmhouse and a garden cottage. Event areas span the full property: a south lawn electrified and plumbed for catering and dancing, a veranda and gardens suited to ceremonies and cocktail receptions, and dramatic oceanfront bluff sites above the Pacific surf. Each rental is a three-day, three-night engagement with full access to all 22 acres. An on-site manager is present throughout the weekend to support the event team.
