The private event space known as the Porter Room is an excellent choice for a wide variety of celebrations, including weddings, business meetings, retreats, rehearsal dinners, social gatherings, and many more. The Porter Room is a one-of-a-kind venue that offers an experience that is unmatched by any other establishment in the Charleston area. It shares the same marsh-front property as Holy City Brewing. It would be our absolute pleasure to give you a tour of The Porter Room! Tours of any kind are required to have a reservation in advance. Tours of The Porter Room are normally given during the weekdays between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. If you are interested in scheduling a tour of The Porter Room at Holy City Brewing, please send an email to maya@holycitybrewing.com. You or your event planner are in charge of setting up all of the tables and chairs for your gathering. It is mandatory that all decorations, rentals, and so on be picked up on the same day as your event, immediately following the conclusion of the allotted time for the event. The brewery and the venue share a parking lot, which is convenient for both businesses. Please keep this in mind as there is a high likelihood that the parking lot will become full quickly. It is recommended that people use ridesharing services. It's possible that only vendors will be allowed to park there. Please keep in mind that even though there are private events going on, the brewery is still open. We do monitor guests and provide signs indicating that the venue is hosting a private event. Holy City Brewing is responsible for supplying all of the alcoholic beverages. Outside alcohol vendors are not permitted. It is permissible to use any catering company that has both a license and insurance. On request, we are able to provide recommendations for various vendors. Edmund's Oast is unlike any other restaurant since it combines a brewery, a seasonally oriented menu, and an encyclopedic bar program into one. Scott Shor had the foresight to bring these often-separate interests together under one roof without compromising any of their excellence. The restaurant provides customers with a friendly and interesting dining experience by serving an excellent but approachable menu. Executive Chef Bob Cook's menu includes bar appetizers, house-made charcuterie, small dishes, heartier meals, and modernized versions of classic desserts. The food is genuine and unpretentious, resulting in an unforgettable dining experience inspired by the beverages on the menu. The Library is a secluded, intimate rectangular area located near the main dining room's kitchen. It can easily seat 32 people and can hold up to 45 people standing. The Library includes a wall of windows with velvet curtains that may be drawn to provide as much or as little seclusion as desired. The Library is the only event area with a television screen and audiovisual capabilities, making it perfect for business meetings. Private dinners, happy hours, bridal/baby showers, lectures, wine/beer tastings, and more can all be held in this area. This open timber-framed structure is the perfect setting for a wide range of events and celebrations. For seated dinners of up to 100 persons, long wooden community tables are available. The space is also great for parties and activities that can spill over onto the courtyard. Up to 200 persons can stand throughout the full space. The Bower is an extremely versatile venue that can accommodate events ranging from a corporate happy hour to a 100-person seated dinner to a frenetic dance floor. For hot days, there are fans, and for winter evenings, there are industrial ceiling heaters. Optional screens are available on both sides of The Bower for seclusion and intimacy. A full walkup bar is included in the Bower. When you rent out the entire restaurant, you get all of the rooms. It provides for a decent cocktail hour outside before guests arrive for dinner for rehearsal dinners. It also allows up to 300 people to enjoy live music, order beverages from either bar, watch the sun set in the courtyard, or visit the Library room's bourbon bar. There is plenty of parking on-site.

WedEscapes provides couples who want to get married but either do not have the financial means or do not have the desire for an extravagant or large wedding and reception with the option to purchase elegant micro wedding and elopement packages at private wedding and event venues. No more than 23 guests are permitted to attend each of our intimate micro weddings. The majority of the events will take place outside at privately owned vacation homes, beaches, parks, or in outdoor country settings. These locations are all managed by our premier partner, TGI Property Management & Consulting, LLC, who oversees a portfolio of vacation rentals across the state of South Carolina, including Charleston, Columbia, and Greenwood. WedEscapes is a one-stop shop for everything having to do with weddings, from the planning stages all the way through the big day. Our primary focus is on the planning and execution of elopements and smaller wedding ceremonies. The thing that makes us stand out from the competition is that we are able to perform a number of micro weddings in a single day at the same location by allocating between two and three hour blocks of time for each ceremony, depending on the services that are chosen. The number of guests included in each of our micro wedding packages ranges from 0 to 23, and the prices vary depending on which options are chosen. We hold the view that the act of marriage should be respected as a holy institution. The banquet hall, riverside covered porch, and open lower deck on the Ashley River are all included in the rates, as well as tables, chairs, linens, setup, and breakdown. The Flag Room can hold up to 175 people, while the riverside porch and terrace can hold up to 125, for a total of 300 people. On the Ashley River, we're inside the Charleston City Marina. For your convenience, a full-service commercial kitchen is available for final meal preparation by one of our preferred caterers. You provide all of the drinks and take all of the leftovers home with you. There are no corkage fees. There is no need to rent a dance floor because the Flag Room is 2067 square feet and has hardwood floors. We don't have a noise regulation, so you can have a band or DJ play inside or on the terrace. There are newly refurbished changing rooms and showers, as well as a bridal sequester room where you may be dressed on the spot. Open exposed wood ceiling beams, vaulted ceilings, skylights, LED lights, and spot lights Dimmable lighting and ceiling fans There are two air conditioning systems to keep you cool in the summer and toasty in the winter. On the lower deck, the Tiki Bar is ideal for serving beer and wine. If necessary, tent rentals can be easily accommodated on the deck. Alhambra Hall is tucked away in Mount Pleasant's Old Village neighborhood. This former ferry terminal, which overlooks Charleston Harbor, is furnished with hardwood flooring, vaulted ceilings, and airy southern porches that wrap around three sides of the structure. There are no conflicts between events because we only organize one event per day. Alhambra Hall's primary rental space, which is a well-liked location for weddings and celebrations, is about 3,280 square feet. The main hall is 80 feet long and 40 feet broad. 350 people can fit in the building at most. For a sit-down meal, the main hall can accommodate 200 people comfortably. All rentals may conclude as late as midnight on Saturday through Thursday and 1 a.m. on Friday. However, please remember that the fee of your nighttime rental covers using the space for an event that lasts no more than six (6) hours. Plan properly for your start and end hours.
