Webcasting & Conference Recording Live Webcasting has evolved over the last ten years from a very high cost service only suitable for occasional use, into a service that can fit within the budget of many events and open up new opportunities for attendance and collaboration. Projection offers different options based upon the number of users, whether the live stream will be a publicly available, and whether you wish to monetize the service. Other considerations involve whether you wish the live stream to be embedded on your own Web site, or you wish to have an external site, or a full event portal. Most live Webcasts involve the use of branding graphics. Projection can create these for you, or work with your team on an approval process. Our Projection Capture System makes the perfect complement for on demand hosting and web-cast by synchronizing audio, video, and slide content into a professional looking video player (skin) that can include show/corporate logo, advertising, and other branding. Digital Signage Projection is constantly seeking new ways to bring technological advancement to your meetings. The use of digital signage eliminates the ever-growing costs of materials that must be disposed of after your event. This concept proposes the use of LCD or LED monitors in high traffic locations for Welcome Messaging, Meeting Announcements, Visitor Way Finding, Sponsor Recognition, Information Sharing, or Promotions. For the use in front of a meeting room, display information can include session titles, program times, speaker names, news tickers, twitter feeds, or even display the live presentations currently running in the meeting room. By utilizing a local area network (LAN) the digital signs can be controlled from a centralized location and specific programs can be created to control the signs automatically. On-demand overflow, live streaming, video programs and other data sources are also possibilities with a network backbone in place. In addition stand-alone programming is available for individual signs. Our Creative Design team can produce custom backgrounds and input the necessary content for the displays. Presentation Management ProjectionNet, our total presentation management solution supports your presenters with a piece of mind that their presentation will stay intact and won't get lost. Presenters can preview and fine-tune their presentations in a central Speaker Ready Room. The presentations are stored on a central server and delivered through Moscone's network infrastructure to a presentation machine in each session room. And in the rare instance of a network failure, any submitted presentations are still easily available to your presenters in their scheduled meeting room. Pre-submission provides speakers an opportunity to submit their presentation to a private server, prior to the event. Many presenters find this a valuable option to ensure that a copy of their presentation is available to them on-site. Projection provides an automated, cross platform pre-submission system that is accessible via a web browser. We support the major web browsers under Windows®, Macintosh®, Linux and Solaris®. There is no inherent file size limitation using our system. Our custom software offers a variety of reporting functions that allow us to track each presenter on-site. Projection provides Preview Stations in the Speaker Ready Room that exactly match the specifications of the presentation machines. This ensures the speaker can be confident that their presentation will work properly once they have previewed it on one of our stations. . Palette

816 Folsom St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA

Chef Peter Hemsley's Palette is a fish-focused fine dining establishment that can be found tucked away in San Francisco's SoMa area. The restaurant offers a fresh take on traditional seafood preparations. Our products and services are based on the dynamic link that exists between the water and the city. In 2019, Hemsley launched Palette with the intention of conveying his unwavering commitment to the art he creates. His "Cal Coastal" culinary philosophy is founded on a profound reverence for the sea and is expressed via the use of seafood and produce that are both fresh and in season. The guests will be able to experience this enthusiasm on the plate as a result of the establishment of strong ties with committed regional purveyors. After receiving his diploma from the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, Peter went on to develop his abilities at the renowned kitchens of Daniel Boulud in New York, Michael Tusk in San Francisco, and L'Arpege in Paris, all of which were owned by Alain Passard. With this, Hemsley's first endeavor under his own name, he reveals a universe of cuisine that is uniquely his own. His interest in the ocean and all of its varied tastes stems from his upbringing in the Midwest and his desire to learn more about a resource that is tremendously expansive, deeply moving, and poorly understood by people. He is originally from the Midwest. "In order to demonstrate our appreciation, we make every effort to collaborate directly with local fisherman who are self-employed, such as Josh Churchman in Bolinas, Adam Aliotti in Monterey, and Kelly Fukushima in San Diego. These "shepherds of the ocean" deliver items that are of the highest quality and are fished in a sustainable manner, and they do so straight from the source. As a demonstration of our gratitude and commitment to sustainable practices, we don't waste any of the fish that comes through our doors.

    Birdsong

1085 Mission St, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA

"Because each new generation is unable to comprehend what was taken from them, they are willing to settle with less and less of the genuine article as time goes on." The name Michael Frome Three things: sustenance, identity, and art. Although it encompasses all of those things, the core notion that underpins our cooking is that food is a vehicle for the transmission of values, knowledge, and tradition. The methods in which we cook are influenced by the situation in which we find ourselves, both in terms of space and time. This helps us hold on to the knowledge of the past while leaving opportunity for development as our perspective of the world changes. On our menu, we emphasize using foods in the most unprocessed and natural state that we are able to locate them in. This almost often refers to seasonal produce, which, as a result, indicates that the foods in question are at their peak of quality and taste. The fact that we can eat properly because of the sacrifices made by those who raise local veggies and entire animals brings this home to us. When we carry out our work, we recognize the weight of that obligation, which we respect and carry with us. Cooking is a way for us to honor the people who provide us with nutrition, our heritage, and our craft, and most importantly, the food that we create. When you walk out of Birdsong, we want you to feel the same way that we do—a little more connected, a little lighter (in spirit), and a little more happy and delighted than when you went in. Every occasion enhanced with Birdsong becomes more special and unforgettable. Our Reservations Page has a link that can be used to make reservations for groups of four or less people. Please click the link below for any enquiries involving more than 4 guests, and a member of our staff will get back to you as soon as possible.

    Ghiradelli Square

900 North Point St, San Francisco, CA 94109, USA

Ghirardelli Square, considered the first successful adaptive reuse project in the country, has a history that spans more than a century and covers three continents. This specialty retail and dining complex, housing shops and restaurants, was originally a chocolate factory established by Domenico “Domingo” Ghirardelli.Born in 1817 in Rapallo, Italy, Ghirardelli served as a Genoa confectioner’s apprentice and at a young age developed a strong interest in the business. He left for Uruguay when he was 20 years old, then sailed around Cape Horn to Peru where he became a coffee and chocolate merchant.James Lick—Ghirardelli’s neighbor in Lima—left for San Francisco in January 1848 taking 600 pounds of Ghirardelli’s chocolate with him. He arrived just thirteen days before the first shiploads of gold-rush pioneers. Lured by his friend’s tales of the gold rush, Ghirardelli joined Lick a year later and opened a general store supplying mustard, coffee, spices and, of course, chocolate. Between 1852 and 1895, Ghirardelli’s Chocolate Factory was located at four different sites before the Ghirardelli Chocolate Company took over the Pioneer Woolen Mills on North Point Street—today’s site of the Ghirardelli Chocolate Manufactory & Soda Fountain and Ghirardelli Ghirardelli delights visitors with its lively retail mix, while maintaining Ghirardelli’s tradition as a trendsetter for the rest of the world. In 1982 the owners applied for and were granted National Historic Register status, a move that ensured the preservation of Ghirardelli Square for future generations. Always on the cutting edge of retailing in the United States, Ghirardelli Square continues to serve as a model for restoration complexes throughout the country such as Faneuil Hall Marketplace in Boston and Baltimore’s Harborplace.
