Acme Feed and Seed occupies a Nashville landmark on Lower Broadway built in 1890, a building that spent more than fifty years as Acme Feed & Hatchery, a local farm supply store known for its Grand Ole Opry appearances, before sitting vacant and reopening in 2014 as a restaurant, live music venue, and event space. The building's history is still visible throughout, from exposed brick walls to reclaimed wood details that give the venue its character. The venue spans multiple floors, each suited to a different kind of gathering. The second floor works well for semi-private cocktail parties, launch events, and networking gatherings, with booths and lounge seating for guests. The rooftop offers views over the city for cocktail hours and casual celebrations. The largest of the spaces, The Hatchery on the third floor, is a 7,000-square-foot, one-level room with an open floor plan and views of the Cumberland River, Nissan Stadium, and Riverfront Park, suited to weddings, receptions, and concerts. Beyond its event spaces, Acme Feed and Seed offers a made-from-scratch dining menu, a selection of local craft beer, a farm store with regional products, and a live performance stage that hosts Acme Radio Live. Our private dining room has space for gatherings of up to thirty people at a time. There is a requirement for a minimum amount of food and drink to be consumed. You have made it to the birthplace of the world-famous "Atlanta Stove Works" factory, which also happens to be one of the most hostile and gorgeous deserts in the world. In 1889, the same year that Benjamin Harrison was inaugurated as president of the United States, the Atlanta Stove Works brought the Barrett Range, an innovative cooking device made of cast iron, to the city of Atlanta. Krog Street was the location of the brand-new building that was constructed in the first year that it was in use. The interior is essentially identical to how it was found when it was initially discovered by explorers. You will be able to relive the excitement that they had through your own experience. The restaurant "Superica," which is currently located in the completely renovated factory, is a lively dining room that serves scrumptious Mexican and American cuisine. This cuisine may be more familiar to you under the name "Tex-Mex." Real works of craftsmanship are displayed here in addition to the various curios that may be purchased at this location. The Diskin Cider’s immersive architecture was designed with the intention of evoking an old English tradition in which friends and family would get together to drink cider in their neighbors' barns while looking up at the night sky. This was accomplished by including wooden planks in the ceiling and hanging pendant lights as part of the Cider's design. We put a lot of thought into the layout of the venue so that each guest could see themselves living there. Your participation in the experience is something that we are looking forward to very much. The Diskin Cider is available for rental on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for a broad variety of special events, such as business meetings, charity events, dinner rehearsals, weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs, product launches, and many more.
