Our venue can accommodate 120 guests in the outdoor space and 300 in the indoor reception space. Available seven days a week for lunch or dinner, it can accommodate up to 60 guests for a seated meal and up to 100 for a standing cocktail reception. Private Dining by Sepia offers a unique venue for bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, and small weddings. Michelin-starred Sepia restaurant, located next door to the private dining room, may be available for a full buyout on select dates. Accommodating up to 120 for a seated meal, the main dining room offers a warm and intimate setting for a memorable event.

The Quadrangle Club, located in the heart of the University of Chicago campus, is a historic membership club for University of Chicago faculty, employees, and community members. Throughout the years, the club has held spectacular weddings, private member celebrations, and intellectual University gatherings in a variety of authentic venues. Members can enjoy special gourmet dining and catering services in addition to traditional guest room amenities. The Quadrangle Club is a great site to hold events on the University of Chicago campus and in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, retirement parties, graduations, and holiday celebrations can all be held at this historic facility from the 1920s. The Club can accommodate parties of all sizes with its six event areas. Event rooms can be joined to offer a variety of set-up possibilities that are tailored to your specific needs. With connections to the Solarium and Private Dining room, the Main Dining room is excellent for big banquets and receptions, with seating for up to 190 people. The Club's second largest space, with a built-in bar, comfortable fireplace seating, and classic red-brick walls. This space is ideal for receptions and can be paired with other rooms to increase attendance. Smaller spaces: - Banquets, parties, meetings, and lectures can all be held in the Library's private space. - The Solarium, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, is great for small banquets and gatherings. - The Private Dining Room, which can seat up to 16 people, is suitable for intimate meetings and private lunches. - The Founder's Room, as its name suggests, is a private, intimate location for small gatherings and dinners.

It is a large building worthy of the city's prominence as a national railroad center. The spectacular event facilities at Chicago Union Station will transport you and your guests to a special era in our city's history, one steeped in historical glamor and bursting with excitement and energy. Organize your event at a one-of-a-kind location. This Beaux-Arts station's meticulously refurbished event halls are ideal for every size and style of occasion, from small corporate meetings to big galas and weddings. The Great Hall In 2019, a $22 million restoration of the Great Hall was finished, returning the area to its original colors and brightening it with a repaired and protected skylight. The North Great Hall or the South Great Hall can be rented. Depending on the date and approval, the entire space may be available. The Burlington Room This unusual chamber, which was once a women's waiting room and beauty parlor, has been closed to the public and utilized as a railroad "paper storage" in recent decades. Fortunately for us, the area was painstakingly rebuilt in 2016 and relaunched as a private event venue known as The Burlington Room. The room's magnificent ceiling, champagne-colored columns, and French block murals have been painstakingly restored to their early 19th century luxury, ready to enchant guests with an old-world grandeur that is unique in Chicago. Founders Room This lovely area was once the Legacy Club, a members-only lounge that was open to the public for a daily or monthly charge. In 2019, it was converted to private event space as part of Union Station's expansion of event spaces. This lovely space, now known as the Founders Room, has towering ceilings, great workmanship, and plenty of natural light, making it ideal for any gathering. Pennsylvania Room On the second floor of the Metropolitan Lounge sits the famous Pennsylvania Room. The Pennsylvania Room is easily accessible from Canal Street and provides polished, sophisticated surroundings to its guests. Events of all sizes are welcome, but we can't help but think that the venue is especially well-suited for early evening cocktail parties and late night after-parties, thanks to its sleek setting and ample seating possibilities. Adams Street Balcony This beautiful balcony, which overlooks the magnificence of Union Station, is the ultimate urban environment. Of course, Alpine Banquets has a separate bridal suite for each room, allowing you to have the solitude you desire during the day or evening of your celebration. NAIA features Greek-Levantine cuisine from the same chef partner, Athinagoras Kostakos, the culinary force behind some of DineAmic Hospitality’s most notable restaurants, including Lyra, Violi, and La Serre. NAIA is 12,000 square feet. The space is thoughtfully designed to host multiple fully private events at the same time. NAIA is divided into two areas: restaurant and lounge. Each area has its own layout, design, full service bar, and river views. An airwall separates the two spaces and can be opened for a seamless flow between the two or closed to create a fully private area. On the restaurant side, the private dining room accommodates up to 40 guests and features a mirrored wall that allows you to see out while maintaining privacy so outside guests cannot see in. The space is situated toward the back of the restaurant, but guests still have a view of the river. There is also a semi-private round table in the main dining room for 8 to 12 guests. The full restaurant seats around 250 guests. The lounge features soft seating and hosts up to 200 to 250 guests for a cocktail style event, or it can be divided into two private spaces using an additional airwall. The lounge can also be set with dining tables upon request. The full venue accommodates upwards of 750 or more guests for a cocktail style event.

The floor plan includes an upper and lower level Tavern, an expansive main dining room as well as two private dining rooms with adjacent private bar, and the Wellington Room. World-renowned design firm AvroKO has created a space indicative of a classic Chicago style steakhouse updated with modern finishes and décor. Our private dining rooms can accommodate parties of up to 30 guests each or the rooms can be combined to accommodate parties up to 64 guests. The rooms feature lofty ceilings, expansive windows that overlook Fulton Market Street, wood paneled walls, and beautiful wood floors. The rooms share a private bar and sitting area. Located off of our main dining room, our Upper Tavern space can accommodate up to 20 guests. This semi-private dining nook is comprised of two fixed walls, a pony wall, while the fourth wall opens to main dining floor of Swift & Sons. This space offers a lively, yet intimate entertaining option. The Wellington Room is an extension of our Swift & Sons dining room, and your destination for elevated private dining for up to 40 guests. Through this room’s private entrance, guests are greeted by shining brass, lush upholstery, and a bespoke bar, guaranteeing a truly singular event in an exclusive setting. For a larger scale event, Swift & Sons is available for buyouts of our main dining room as well as the upper and lower Tavern. With seating for up to 300 and accommodations for up to 500 guests for a reception style event, a full buyout at Swift & Sons will certainly make a grand statement. The West Loop of Chicago—and more specifically, Fulton Market—is where American steak was born. The team of Boka Restaurant Group, B. Hospitality, Executive Chef Chris Pandel, and world renowned designers, AvroKO, have created Swift & Sons—a place that not only elevates what has already been done, but evolves the American steakhouse for the modern diner. The experience mirrors that of walking into a luxury, old boys club—turn of the 20th century office building with high ceilings, stained glass lighting, and mosaic marble floors. Raw concrete columns and mushroom capitals are left exposed, providing peeks to the original architecture of the building which was (not un-ironically) once a Cold Storage facility in the middle of the meatpacking center of Chicago.
