However, inside Celeste, there are four distinct levels –Whiskey Bar, Deco Supper Club, Disco, and the rooftop Garden – each interpreting a glamorous late 19th and early 20th century mood with subtly gorgeous nuances. These include a combination of tiled floors with monogrammed glass walls and iron detail and gold leaf ceilings with marble and Victorian furniture. Located at 111 W.
