Room 1520 event venue is located in the heart of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood. Our Award Winning venue is a spacious, historical loft building that will surround your event with one-of-a-kind details. Five years ago we created a smaller event space inside of Room 1520 to accommodate more intimate events. “The Justine”, is a little jewel of a space that holds up to 60 guests and is a perfect fit for rehearsal dinners, engagement parties, small weddings, cocktail parties, birthdays, showers or business team gatherings. Room 1520 offers our own top shelf bar packages. So there’s no hassle of hiring a third party to supply libations and bartenders. Bar Parisette is an award-winning restaurant and wine bar on a bustling stretch of Logan Square. We love hosting events, including weddings, in our spacious dining room and bar. Our dining room is large enough to accommodate groups of up to 100 in a semi-private capacity, while the two spaces combined can host up to 165 guests. The space is perfectly suited for events that include multiple elements, such as a cocktail hour followed by a seated dinner, and can be set up to include a wedding ceremony, dance floor, or performance. Our packages include bespoke menus from our culinary and bar teams, as well as service staff, furniture, plates, silverware, glasses, and more. While the location is new, Eden is still focused on the same approach of using garden-fresh, seasonal ingredients from our upgraded on-site greenhouse and local farms. We have also expanded our menu to include breakfast and lunch options to provide convenient and delicious options throughout the day. Eden is ever-evolving, with a menu that embraces seasonal flavors that cultivate inside our on-site greenhouse or sourced locally from farmers and purveyors. With Partner & Chief Culinary Officer Devon Quinn at the helm, private dining available, market items & home goods, and a bar with specialty crafted cocktails, eden is unlike any other restaurant in Chicago. Eden focuses on a minimal use of ingredients, with an approach based on restraint and subtraction. These ingredients are curated by the chefs on a daily and weekly basis through our own farming or local markets and farms. Creativo Loft is an intimate private loft, specializing in small weddings, elopements and private social events. Our building dates back to 1887, and features original rustic hardwood floors, tin ceilings and other vintage features. As a raw space, it can be transformed to really any look, modern, vintage, formal, casual, and anything in between. We are centrally located at the intersection of Chicago Ave. & Milwaukee Ave., less than 2 miles from north Michigan Ave., in the River West / West Town neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes drive from most downtown hotels. We offer several event services in-house, and can assist clients with event planning and vendor referrals. Catering and alcohol is handled by any outside professional full-service catering company of your choice, provided that they meet our venue requirements for the correct licenses, insurance, and service capabilities. Our venue fees include tables, chairs, linens, and standard set-up for your event. Capacity with banquet seating with room for dancing is 74 people. For dining-only (no dancing) we can seat up 84 max. For standing cocktail parties, with highboy tables, the capacity is up to 100 standing guests. On average, events at our venue generally have between 30 - 70 people.

Redfield Estate combines the beauty of nature and history nestled on the grounds of The Grove Nature Preserve - a 150+ acre National Historic Landmark on Chicago's North Shore. Capacity up to 120 guests May - October, and 50 - 100 guests November - April. Rental rates are $650 - $4,350 + based on date and time. Catering: Choose from eight contracted catering companies to assist you with planning your event, including your menu, bar, service staff, linen, all necessary equipment to produce your event, and complete ceremony and reception setup/breakdown. Full service catering is required at Redfield Estate, averaging $120-$175 + per person in addition to the rental fee. Private rentals include: the Redfield Estate vintage 1920's home with original windows, fireplace and dressing rooms; a covered outdoor pavilion seating up to 120 with dimmable lighting, a stone fireplace, electric window shades, and bistro lights twinkling above in the trees. Manicured grounds with an abundance of seasonally filled urns surround the estate, and a gazebo tucked into the forest is perfect for ceremonies. Tables, chairs, and free parking are included.
