The Capitol Theatre, located 22 miles outside New York City in Port Chester, New York, is a rock palace fit for any occasion. The theater was built in 1926, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Throughout its rich history, the theater has hosted concerts by such legends as Janis Joplin, Eric Clapton, Rolling Stones, Eddie Vedder, Pink Floyd and Grateful Dead. The venue underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation creating an unparalleled concert and event experience. With a 2,000-person capacity, the room boasts a 65-foot domed ceiling, a general admission or seated floor, elegant lobby, mezzanine bar, spacious new lobby bar, a seated balcony with vip seating, and six presidential booths. Before it became our beloved event venue, the historic Crystal Plaza was originally a residential mansion. The initial Livingston, New Jersey-based residence was built in the late 1800s by famed architect Stanford White, who was responsible for designing the Tiffany building on Fifth Avenue, the original Madison Square Garden complex and the arch at Washington Square Park in Manhattan, among other landmark structures. While the restored building has since been reincarnated as one of the leading wedding and event spaces in the tri-state area, it still maintains the feeling of its 19th century grandeur, making it a distinct and picturesque setting for special days of all kinds. Carroll Hall is a rare and unexpected event space featuring a botanic garden in Brooklyn. The space encompasses a total of 10,000 square feet, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. For indoor events, we have an open warehouse space, a skylit indoor catering room, and a private mezzanine lounge. Ultimately, the garden is the heart of our space, created as a quiet retreat among plants, birds, insects, and urban wildlife. Tucked in the back of our garden is a discreet wooden "treehouse", perfect for a quiet moment during any event. Carroll Hall and Dameron Architecture were awarded the 2022 AIA New York Design Award Citation for Reclaiming Urban Space. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our very foundation, which uses original bricks and existing ceramic brick walls from the prior warehouse structure, and most of the interior wood is reclaimed. We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.

Brooklyn Winery, Reimagined! This modern, industrial space features chic accents and lush backdrops, like our signature living plant wall, our winery production space and barrel room. Facilities and Capacity At Brooklyn Winery, you'll be able to spend your day in a large, industrial-style setting. A 15-foot ceiling soars above the main event space, and creates a sense of airiness. Several skylights dot the ceiling, filling the room with natural light. The winery is also home to a production space and barrel room, adding an air of authenticity to the business. The event space will accommodate up to 175 people and is open to hosting ceremonies, cocktail hours, and receptions with dinner and dancing. The property is exclusively reserved for the couple, providing privacy for their festivities. The Barrel Room, which is available for wedding photographs. The happy couple is given access to the Wedding Suite, which offers a private space to spend some quiet time together. Services Offered The team at Brooklyn Winery is on hand to support you as you plan your dream day. They're happy to take care of the decor and details, including china, linens, and flatware.
