    At Oak Cliff, Texas, have your wedding in the historic Tyler Station industrial building. Wedding ceremonies, receptions, engagement parties, and other events are held at Wax Space, a community coworking space. This open-air, fully renovated space, which was once home to the Dixie Wax Paper Company, will leave your guests feeling inspired and energetic without sacrificing the comfort of a ‘old world' factory. Wax Space, located in the center of Oak Cliff (only minutes from Downtown Dallas), has one 2,200 sq. ft. main floor with five large (west-facing) windows and three ceiling skylights that let in plenty of natural light. Our 25-foot exposed vaulted wood ceiling, combined with our Mexico City-inspired lounge space, creates a light and airy atmosphere for up to 125 guests. There are also 40 wooden seats, 6 tables, Loading Dock Access, a Mezzanine cooking area with a sink, microwave, and large refrigerator, Fiber Internet, Wireless Music System, Restrooms, and lots of parking in our space. The TX Studio, our sibling company located downstairs, provides you with 2,000 square feet of additional lovely space. Before and after the ceremony, use the TX Studio for your first look and wedding party photos, or as a private location for the Groomsmen or Bridesmaids. The TX Studio also has a Cactus Garden where you may capture some exterior shots! For all wedding and reception ceremonies, Wax Space provides two economical packages. The Full Day plan, which is available on Saturday and Sunday, allows you to use the area for 14 hours. The Half-Day plan includes 8 hours of space use and is available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. If you have a shorter time period in mind, please contact us because we would still be happy to arrange your event. Located in the heart of Texas's Hill Country, A Thousand Cedars offers a unique forest setting brimming with majestic Cedar trees, big Oak trees, and a variety of other native Texas plants. Many clearly indicated paths lead to the location, providing convenient access for the Wedding Party and their guests. The natural scenery also provides fantastic photography options for the entire wedding party and their guests. A Colorado and Industrial motif has been included into the design of the venue itself, which features Cedar beams, black iron trusses, exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings that reach 30 feet in height, and enormous glass windows on all sides that let the forest and natural light to fill the space. Our Bridal and Groom Suites, which are completely furnished, are accessible via a stairway near the entryway. Each Suite will be large enough to accommodate entire bridal parties as they prepare for the big day, and it will be equipped with its own shower, bath, vanities, mirrors, and windows to let in plenty of natural light. Multiple staging options will provide you with opportunity to make your event stand out. Our bride and groom suites are spacious, with complete baths, a grand staircase, rich landscape, wide covered patio spaces, and plenty of room for your guests. Red Door Ranch can host up to 300 people with approximately 6,000 square feet of climate-controlled space and 3,500 square feet of covered patio area. We limit ourselves to to one event per day so that you and your guests may rest and enjoy themselves. All venue rentals include: seating for 50-300 guests, round tables with Chiavari chairs, table and chair set-up and take-down, full table bussing and after-party cleaning service, full prep kitchen with ice maker, refrigerator, freezer, gas stove, warmers/buffet table, bridal suite with full bath, sit-down vanity area with salon chairs and ample natural lighting, an a kitchen.
