We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.

Carroll Hall is a rare and unexpected event space featuring a botanic garden in Brooklyn. We welcome all types of private events, from weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, and birthday parties to art exhibits, performances, corporate functions, fundraisers and film shoots. The space encompasses a total of 10,000 square feet, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor areas. For indoor events, we have an open warehouse space, a skylit indoor catering room, and a private mezzanine lounge. Ultimately, the garden is the heart of our space, created as a quiet retreat among plants, birds, insects, and urban wildlife. Tucked in the back of our garden is a discreet wooden "treehouse", perfect for a quiet moment during any event. Carroll Hall and Dameron Architecture were awarded the 2022 AIA New York Design Award Citation for Reclaiming Urban Space. Our commitment to sustainability is reflected in our very foundation, which uses original bricks and existing ceramic brick walls from the prior warehouse structure, and most of the interior wood is reclaimed. Gran Morsi named after the Italian word for “bites,” epitomizes elegant simplicity. This airy and convivial two floor Tribeca restaurant specializes in boldly-flavored italian fare with a strong focus on small and shared plates, many of which are cooked in the brick oven. Gran Morsi provides both downtown Manhattan residents and visitors with a dining experience and event space fit for whatever they’re in the mood for, whether it’s a special occasion celebration, a casual event with friends, or an intimate evening. We have several packages to choose from, all of which are customizable. Our events team will work with you to create the ideal menu for any event you’re planning. At Gran Morsi, we host a variety of events, including 1st birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate dinners, cocktail parties, wedding ceremonies, receptions, group lunches, brunches, rehearsal dinners, we do it all! Our private event space accommodates about 125 guests seated and 175 guests standing. For smaller events of 20 guests and up, we are able to make to the private event space more intimate. We have elevator access for any guests who may need it. Complete with a large living green wall, the space exudes a romantic, intimate yet inviting energy. Our main floor space accommodates 90 guests seated and 120 guests standing, and is available for buyouts. Both of our floors contain a private bar, sound system, and three individual restrooms. For larger events we are able to open both floors for events and we are able to accommodate 200 guests seated, or 300 guests standing. All of our events come complete with a dedicated staff for the duration of the event to ensure the utmost attention.

The North Shore of Long Island was a popular location for the country estates of wealthy New Yorkers, and was subsequently dubbed, the Gold Coast. Today, The Mansion at Glen Cove has 187 guest rooms and suites and a new Wellness wing. We offer a diverse range of spaces within our mansion that can be tailored to suit your specific requirements. The wedding of Otto Kahn and Adelaide Wolff took place on January 8, 1896. When they commissioned renowned architects C.P.H. Gilbert and J. Armstrong Stenhouse to design and build their private residence, they requested that no expense be spared in the construction. "It's a sin to sit on one's money," said Kahn, and as a result, their home in Manhattan became one of the largest private residences ever built in the city in 1918. The exterior of the building, which was constructed of French limestone imported from St. Quentin, is distinguished by its simplicity and dignity. The beauty inherent in Italian sixteenth-century architecture is demonstrated by the pilasters adorning the exterior of the second-floor balcony. The interior stairwell, halls, and entrance are all made of caen stone, and they have been finished with great care and consideration for detail. A replica of the Papal Chancellery in Rome was used in the construction of the structure. In addition to music, architecture, and painting, Mr. Kahn was a notable patron of the arts in general. He frequently hosted concerts and exhibitions of his treasures in his home, which drew a large number of visitors. Otto Kahn had his own music room built, complete with an Adam's ceiling, which allowed sound to easily circulate throughout the space. Musicians who have performed for Otto Kahn have included George Gershwin and Enrico Caruso, among others. It was only a few years after Mr. Kahn's death that the Convent of the Sacred Heart was able to purchase the mansion. It is now the location of Sacred Heart's upper and middle schools, respectively. The building at 7 East 91st Street was built in 1901 by William Sloane as a wedding gift for his daughter Adele, who had married steel manufacturer James Burden the year before. This mansion, designed by Warren and Wetmore, the same architects who designed New York's Grand Central Station, was designated as a historic site in 1974. The ballroom is located on the third floor, rather than the traditional first or second floor locations, thanks to an innovative design. To get to the top, a rotunda displays the beginning of the grand spiral staircase made of Hauteville marble, which leads to the observation deck. There is a beautiful mural by French artist Hector d'Espouy on the ceiling above, which is bordered by a Tiffany stained-glass ceiling light. Adele was well-known for hosting extravagant parties in the splendor of her French-inspired rooms. The formal banquet hall has walls made of Campan vert marble and a detailed ceiling depicting floral arrangements, which is a focal point of the event. Bonanno's painting of an old Italian garden, which stands twelve feet tall on the Northern wall, has remained in place to this day. These ballrooms are surrounded by twelve-foot-high doors paneled with oblong mirrors, which are modeled after the Galeries des Glaces at the Palace of Versailles. Mark Twain and Giacomo Puccini are just a few of the famous people who have graced these rooms. The house was purchased by the Convent of the Sacred Heart in 1940, just a few years after Mr. Burden's death. Today, it serves as the site of Sacred Heart's lower elementary school.
