Located on the 8th floor above our showroom in New York’s flower district, the 5,000-square foot concept space displays a portfolio of our own range of furniture from a close knit of celebrated designers including architectural lighting and a spacious entertaining kitchen. This entertaining space is home to a Bruno Moinard-designed Obumex kitchen and back of house kitchen that is fully equipped with Gaggenau appliances including an induction cook top convection microwave and oven. In the heart of West Chelsea, NY, our venue is located in the center of one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Manhattan. Positioned just steps from the High Line, our venue is a short walk from Hudson Yards, the Vessel, and some of the most inspiring backdrops in the city. Our building was once a former textile mill with twelve-foot ceilings and massive walls of factory windows. With polished concrete and a white lacquered floor, Eden is flooded with soft daylight throughout the day. The way the sun bounces off the adjacent buildings creates a gorgeous splash of light in the morning and evening on sunny days. The studio has been designed to create a variety of textures and possibilities within one room. White Space Chelsea is a versatile and dynamic event venue in the heart of Chelsea, New York’s premier gallery district. Spreading over a luminous surface of 4,000 sq feet, the space is located at street level, nestled between Petzel Gallery and Pace Gallery on 25th Street. The venue caters to a wide range of needs and is perfect for pop-up exhibitions, fashion events, private parties, corporate gatherings, brand launches, and more. It boasts generous street-level windows, an ample front area with a reception desk followed by a mezzanine and a brightly-sunlit skylight room. Our modern gallery venue can host up to 250 people with 13’ - 16’ high ceilings, concrete floors, glass frontage, and a variety of professional AV options. The venue also features a refrigerator and kitchenette, customizable lighting, and other state-of-the-art equipment. The Jazz Gallery offers a unique space for private events, recordings, rehearsals, business meetings, photo/film shoots, concerts, conferences, seminars, classes, weddings, receptions, celebrations, and functions of all kinds looking to distinguish themselves from the usual offerings. The performance space (1160 Broadway, entrance on Broadway) houses the stage and all performance amenities, a small office, and rest room area. The lounge (1158 Broadway, entrance on 27th street) includes an open lounge area, a large green room/office space, a bar, a refrigerator, and two restrooms (one being ADA-compliant). The Jazz Gallery is located in New York’s historic & bustling NoMad neighborhood; the Flatiron Building and Madison Square Park to our south, and the Empire State Building is a few blocks to the north. Nestled in between these two iconic buildings are old merchant stores, exclusive boutiques, and many restaurants and hotels. The Jazz Gallery is located at 1158 & 1160 Broadway, 5th floor. It can be reached by the N and R trains to 28th Street and is also a short walk from the 6 and the 1 at 28th Street and numerous other trains.

Patent Pending is located in the cellar of the Radio Wave Building, a New York City landmark building where Nikola Tesla lived and performed his experiments in the late 19th century. Patent Pending provides an intimate private event experience that embodies aspects of both a discreet speakeasy and upscale cocktail club. Once here, your private party will be transported into the back bar, with a lovely, low-ceiling, mirrored foyer for eight (3 stools), five banquettes to seat up to twenty-two, and nine bar stools. Behind another hidden archway, The Lab at Patent Pending awaits with a large booth for ten, another booth for twelve, a dance floor and five bar seats. Food will be served in the cafe up front, and the entire space both front and back can be yours. For groups of 12 or more, The Lab can be yours either privately or shared. For parties of 40 or under, The Lab can be yours privately. For parties of 40+ we offer all of Patent Pending and The Lab. For parties of 100+ we offer Patent Pending, The Lab, seeyamañana and seeyabajo combined for a lively event.
