The Canal Bank & Trust Building, which can be found at 210 Baronne Street, was designed by the well-known New Orleans architect Emile Weil. Built in 1927, Weil adorned the exterior of the building with limestone statues and lined the corridors with mahogany trim, Tennessee marble, travertine floors, and brass embroidery.
