APPROACH Here’s the thing about event planning: No two events are ever the same. There are no formulas. Every client is different. It’s what makes our job so exciting—and challenging. And it’s why we approach each project with a fresh eye, and an appreciation for every client’s very individual needs. You want a French feast with a live, Broadway-caliber performance for 1,000? We can do that. Or an intimate, sophisticated birthday party for 10? We can do that, too. And we’ll do it creatively, efficiently, and within budget. For more than 15 years, AE Events—led by founder Christine Altieri — have been designing and producing special occasion events, covering all aspects from venue selection, event concept, and décor to audio-visual expertise, stage management, and scriptwriting. What event planning services do you offer?
AE Events specializes in full-service and partial planning services.
How many years have you been in business?
AE Events was founded in 2001, so we have been in business for 21 years!
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
We do not offer day-of wedding coordination. We want to be involved in your planning so we know every detail of your event so we can execute day-of. The last thing we would want to do is bother you with questions throughout the day - we want you to relax and enjoy the day with family and friends!
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes! One piece that we take on with our services is vendor management. We will also help you find the right vendors for your aesthetic and budget.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
It all depends! We take a few things into consideration when thinking through staffing for events. Event size, the different roles we need to manage (i.e. catering, registration, ceremony, reception, etc.) and we then assign staff from there. Can range from 4-9, but really all customizable.

Founder

Christine lives, breathes and dreams events. She’s been throwing parties, both professional and non for more than 30 years for a wide range of clients. When it comes to event planning, she’s done it all: Catering, floral and room design, event property management. She founded AE Events in 2001 and is known for her go-getter attitude, attention to detail, and quick reaction time; in events, after all, you’ve got to be ready for anything.
