It also entails overseeing the rehearsal process and the overall flow of the day. Full planning allows you to enjoy your wedding planning experience without the worry of researching and managing details. Essential Coordinating / Partial Planning Those who have already reserved their venue will benefit from this package. Package includes searching for remaining providers (such as a photographer, DJ, caterer, and so on), a discount on linen rental, candles, and flowers, and a free consultation. Setup and breakdown, budget analysis, timetable management, rehearsal management, and day-of coordination are all included in the package. Month of / Day of coordination This includes meeting with the client one to two months before the event, getting in touch with all vendors, finalizing event details, setting up and managing the timeline, and setting up and tearing down the event space (not including major decorations such as draping etc) Handling the rehearsal, managing the timeline on the day of the event, packing up gifts and personal belongings, and so forth.
