We can meet you in one of our locations, your office, or your home. By donating leftover food from our events, we proudly support Edible Leftovers. Under the guidance of his father, Phil Itzkowitz ob'm, David Itzkowitz has been establishing the Mauzone brand since he was a toddler. David has inherited Phil's excellent quality and ethical standards, as well as his sympathetic demeanor, which pervades the entire organization. David's expertise spans decades, and he has proven to be the glue that ties the organization together. His culinary knowledge is extensive, and his commercial savvy is much more so. David's dedication to Mauzone, its staff, and its customers begins at 3:30 a.m. and continues until late at night. David is a hands-on CEO who leads by example, with no job too small and no project too big for his employees to tackle, and his help whenever it's needed.
