I'm Courtney, wedding planner, lover of Mumford and Sons, watcher of cheesy Hallmark movies, and die hard fan of Friends… I’m here to help you and your lobster (did I mention I love Friends?) have the wedding day of your dreams. I'm looking for more of "Month Of" Coordination. Do you offer that?
We call this package “Event Management”, and it actually starts the second we sign a contract with you! We offer unlimited communication via phone or email so you can contact your planner throughout your planning for advice, questions or just to vent!
How many hours of coverage do you offer?
We offer 12 hour event time on the big day. We will be the first vendor to arrive (except hair and makeup) and the last vendor to leave at the end of the evening.
What are the costs of your packages?
Event Management: $1400; Partial Planning: $2800; Full Planning: starts at $4200 *Discounted rates available for Monday - Thursday weddings
Are you insured to work at my Venue?
Yes! We carry $1 million in general liability insurance which covers us to work in any venues.
My Venue Requires a Coordinator, but I’m not sure how much help I actually need.
The number one feedback we get is how much stress we took off the bride on their big day and we can't wait to do that for you as well. We are excited to chat with you about your vision and where you are in the planning process so we can help you determine which service would be the best fit for you
