- What event planning services do you offer?
- We plan just about any event you want to celebrate including and certainly not limited to weddings, rehearsal dinners, welcome drinks, bachelor / bachelorette parties, adult / kid birthday parties, anniversaries, corporate events, graduation parties, showers and religious ceremonies.
- What event planning packages do you offer?
- We have two packages including: 1) A Basic Package outlining vendor proposals including pricing and vendor options and 2) A Premium Package including booking and coordinating vendors and schedules.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Either! Whichever you prefer. We can handle payment to all vendors or you can pay the other vendors directly as we are flexible.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Of course! That is why you hire us. We will coordinate and ensure all vendors are constantly talking to one another to ensure a cohesive event.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- This totally depends on how big your event is. We can assure you the event will be properly staffed for the day of to ensure we are covered. No event is the same and therefore we can not provide an answer without all details being planned.
