We are a small event and floral company based in Houston, Texas, and we are run by an adorable and hilarious mother and daughter team. They allowed us to write our own "About Us" section, which was exactly what we wanted.) We are completely enthralled by what we do. Romp was founded in 2011 after I styled my own wedding and discovered a legitimate gap in the market for high-quality service providers. Event coordinators were either out of budget, representing bourgeois companies with little time or attention to devote, or low-end providers with a severe lack of creativity and style, in my experience. I had the impression that I could do better. And it turned out that I was correct. Except that I quickly discovered that, with the assistance of my mother (and best friend), I could transform "doing better" into "doing best." Our dream team came together as a result of the combination of my ideas and experience with her floral expertise, as well as her ability to pinch me under the table when I'm getting too bossy. (Well, I think we're dreamy, to put it mildly.) Romp Events commits to understanding and executing your vision with humor and style, and we promise to do just that. Romp Events has assembled what we believe to be the ideal mix of perspectives. Alternatively, my mother will send me to my room. Providing a variety of packages to choose from, Romp is here to assist you in putting together the event of your dreams and impressing the Joneses, all without the need for bank robbery. We have purposefully divided our services into four parts in order to provide you with the experience that you ACTUALLY require. In addition to providing styling, florals, event rentals, and coordination for every event, we understand that not every client will require all of our services at the same time. Alternatively, if you find yourself in a tight financial situation, it may be worth considering limiting your usage to only the individual options that you find the most valuable. That is acceptable to us. This is a place where there are no judgments.
