At weddings and gatherings, I do live oil painting. During your wedding reception or event, this premium service will complete an alle prima oil painting. Before the event is ended, the painting is completed. This service not only creates an heirloom for the couple or honored guest, but it also provides entertainment for the attendees. They prefer to congregate around my easel during gaps in the activities. Children pay greater attention to what is going on around them than one may anticipate. Freelance illustration has been my full-time job since 1992. But I started illustrating my father's articles and columns for newspapers in Washington and Idaho when I was eleven years old. During my high school years, this manifested itself in the form of political cartoons. Following that, I relocated to Seattle to get a degree in fine art at Cornish College of the Arts. After taking an 18-month break to serve on a church mission (in Jamaica, mon! ), I returned to school—this time at the Art Institute of Seattle, where I earned an associate degree in Visual Communications. Advertising, graphic design, and illustration were all part of this program. After a brief stint as an assistant art director at the Seattle Weekly, I decided to pursue illustration full-time.
