String Theory Productions

String Theory is a genre bending performance ensemble that transforms music, dance, and architecture into multi-sensory experiences accessible to a wide audience. Using their signature sonic sculptures, String Theory creates site-specific multi-media spectacles. String Theory accompanies their long-string harps with cello, violin, saxophone, bass, guitar, keys, saw, flute, sampler, Theremin, a myriad of percussion, and vocals. Their music ranges from rock, film, and experimental, to 15th century Renaissance. Contemporary dance and video are woven into the performance, incorporating the large-scale instruments and the dynamic landscape that is created by the installations.
