What event planning services do you offer?: Our unique turnkey approach streamlines the process for clients as we provide planning, design, florals and production all in-house along with our impressive inventory of high-end decor.
What event planning packages do you offer?: Our approach to the planning of each event is customized to our client’s needs, budget and style. For many of our clients, we provide full planning and design services, handling all aspects of their event, but we are also able to offer select a la carte services.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?: Yes, when hired as your event planner, we manage all aspects of the project including coordination of vendors you have already contracted such as catering or entertainment.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?: As your event planner, we will handle all management, coordination and payment of vendors involved. This streamlines the process for our clients, providing them one point of contact and payment, us.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?: We are dedicated to ensuring the success of your event from start to finish and members of our team are always on site to make sure every moment of the event goes smoothly. The number of staff required on site is dependent upon the scale and scope of the event.
