  A 6500-square-foot white barn located in the center of a grove of gorgeous Texas oak trees serves as our venue. The barn is situated on a 100-acre plot of land with open fields and scattered trees. We can fulfill your wishes whether you want to say "I do" in the fields or the forests, or indoors with air conditioning. A big covered porch adjoins a 30'x80' turf area with string lights hanging overhead in our 35-foot barn. The 3600-square-foot grand room, entryway, big prep kitchen, and lovely bridal suite are all located on the lower level. The original layout and style of the historic Dansby Feed Mills business, which has been a landmark in downtown Clifton since the early 1930's, is closely replicated in the design of the new buildings. Market at the Mill is the ideal location for a wedding, reception, special event, corporate party, or family reunion because the materials from the original structures were salvaged and repurposed in the new buildings to capture the nostalgia of the location.   The ranch was purchased in 2014, and the owners first totally restored the white ranch home before building the three-story barn in 2015. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. It includes a white shiplap kitchen with open cabinetry, gold lights, and a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. It is a little over 2000 square feet and can sleep up to 12 people. Our three-story barn has it on the second and third floors.
