Above The Heights is a newly built 13,000+ SF private event space in Upper Manhattan’s premier 23-story mixed-use tower – Radio 181. Located on the 12th floor with two outdoor terraces with unobstructed views of the Manhattan skyline and George Washington Bridge, the event space can host a variety of occasions from conferences, product launches, and corporate galas to weddings, rehearsal dinners, birthday parties, mitzvahs for up to 500 guests. The main space is light-filled with an outdoor terrace that can host up to 300 guests and an adjacent indoor/outdoor space (fully operational as a bar and pre-function area on its own or in conjunction with the main event space) that can host up to 150 guests. The two outdoor spaces, on the southern and northern sides, offer spectacular views of the Manhattan skyline, Hudson & Harlem River, George Washington Bridge, and not to mention incredible sunsets and twinkling city lights as your backdrop.

Built at the turn of the century, its fin de siècle interiors feature ornate coffered oak ceilings, carved boiserie paneling, custom-made wallcoverings, and a conservatory with Palladian bronze and glass doors. A top-to-bottom interior and exterior renovation sensitively restored the grandeur of the mansion’s exquisite craftsmanship and injected contemporary architectural features to transform one of New York’s grandest residences into a dynamic, dramatic setting for gatherings of all sizes. Situated on museum mile and steps away from the Guggenheim and Met, the mansion houses one of Manhattan’s largest enclosed gardens. Come celebrate your next event in one of the beautifully renovated spaces! Beautifully renovated, Darlington Hall offers an open floor plan with skylit double-height ceilings embedded with 12 speakers. Adjacent from the hall is the kitchen with professional-grade equipment. This space is perfect for receptions, fundraisers, school assemblies, classes and seminars. The Gray Room has sliding glass walls adding flexibility and opportunity to the space. This room has access to the kitchen, as well as use of the adjacent gallery, ideal for classes, meetings, art shows, parties, and more. The Chapel boasts with beauty from the stained-glass windows and stenciled walls. This space is ideal for intimate concerts and performances, readings, and small meeting’s – pairs well with Darlington Hall adjacent to the kitchen, for a lunch or buffet gathering. With 80 ft-high gothic-style vaulted ceilings, balcony seating, stained-glass windows, a built-in sound system and Organ and Steinway piano, the Nave is a beautiful space for concerts, performances, large lectures or panel discussions, and graduation ceremonies.
