This family-owned and operated venue has provided a personalized wedding experience in a natural environment since 2006. With endless photo options on their special day, you'll see why couples and photographers love coming to Willow Creek Ranch. A large barn made of hand-cut cedar, pine, and oak from the area. Our family built the entire barn and landscape by hand. Brides can choose between getting married in our lovely wooden barn or on our outside arbor. There's also a deck that looks out over a large koi pond with an illuminated fountain, which offers a lovely background for any wedding day. The site is set on 50 acres of land that was once a tree farm. Spring wildflower meadows, big dogwoods, flowering pink crab apples, and Chinese Pistache that turn gorgeous shades of scarlet and orange in the fall were all planted in rows decades ago. On your wedding day, we do our best to make things as convenient and uncomplicated as possible. The rental price includes the rooms, kitchen, reception, and outside areas. Brides will spend two hours on property with their photographer for bridal portraits prior to their wedding day. For $2,000, we put together a ceremony-only package for up to 50 guests. This includes the venue, the bridal suite and groom's room, the sign-in table, and the usage of our vintage chairs, among other things! Traditional Wedding Package includes full-day property access, five hours for your celebration, all of your tables, chairs, linens, napkins, and place settings (including gold charger plates), wedding planning, decor, and use of our vintage furniture, among other things.

Many clearly indicated paths lead to the location, providing convenient access for the Wedding Party and their guests. The natural scenery also provides fantastic photography options for the entire wedding party and their guests. A Colorado and Industrial motif has been included into the design of the venue itself, which features Cedar beams, black iron trusses, exposed brickwork, vaulted ceilings that reach 30 feet in height, and enormous glass windows on all sides that let the forest and natural light to fill the space. Our Bridal and Groom Suites, which are completely furnished, are accessible via a stairway near the entryway. Each Suite will be large enough to accommodate entire bridal parties as they prepare for the big day, and it will be equipped with its own shower, bath, vanities, mirrors, and windows to let in plenty of natural light.   Star Hill Ranch is a historic event venue in the Texas Hill Country, about 25 minutes from downtown Austin. The property is built around 22 historic buildings, along with several primitive structures, relocated from around central Texas and restored to modern building codes; the oldest date back to the 1850s. Centerpiece spaces include The Chapel, a restored country church originally built in Pontotoc, Texas around 1899, and the Fitzhugh Chapel/Hall, the ranch's largest indoor space, a former community center built in 1914 that can host more than 300 guests. Beyond the historic chapels and halls, the ranch offers a Main Street/Plaza lined with venue buildings and strung with overhead carnival lighting, a covered Biergarten, an Outdoor Arbor & Pavilion set among oak trees, and an on-site catering kitchen. Owners Adam and Matt Woolley, fifth-generation Texans, have hosted weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, nonprofit fundraisers, church retreats, and film productions on the property since 2002.
