ILA Penthouse is within the famed FlowerSchool NY and in the center of NYC's Chelsea Neighborhood. The venue has a 4,000 sft roof deck, a 3,000 sft interior space and a 1,200sft bar room. Located in the heart of Chelsea’s Flower District, ILA Penthouse has multiple uses for entertaining indoors and outdoors, from corporate team building events and trainings, to unique Michelin chef dining experiences and other milestone celebrations including baby showers and weddings. Our venue's botanical environment can be configured to suit your individual needs. We offer many catering options, custom cocktails & mocktails, event design services, and of course, flowers. Tables, chairs, house linens, dishes and glasses are all included with your rental. ILA Penthouse and FlowerSchool NY are eco-friendly businesses. We compost organic matter daily, and do not allow single-use plastics or balloons in our space. All of the floral designs are foam-free and supported by organic materials and/or reusable containers. Pioneer Works is a 501c3 non-profit that presents programs, public events, artist residencies, and classes — 85% of which are free and open to the public — across the disciplines of visual art, science, music, technology, and narrative arts. Pioneer Works offers unique, scalable spaces and a 20,000-square-foot garden that can accommodate a wide variety of events: from large-scale build outs, conferences and dinners, to film shoots, screenings and intimate receptions. Income generated by rentals goes directly back into supporting our programs, public events, artist residencies and classes. Rental fees ranging from $10,000 - $38,000 are daily rates for 8am–1am. Overages are subject to an additional hourly fee. Non-profit organizations receive a 20% discount off our standard rental pricing. Pioneer Works is a multi-functional space. An additional fee will apply to limit staff and residents access to the building around the event.

The restaurant features an inviting bar, an airy conservatory, and an open dining area. The space is accentuated with custom light fixtures, wine cabinets that go from floor to ceiling, and one-of-a-kind vintage accents. In addition, the restaurants have separate areas that are designated for special functions. A one-of-a-kind and eclectic atmosphere is achieved throughout the restaurant by using elements such as plush banquettes, zinc tabletops, hand-painted art features, and discovered things. Quality Bistro is a lively steak-centric bistro located in the middle of Manhattan, and it has two unique private event spaces that can be booked for parties and other gatherings. The modern brasserie environment was designed by founder Michael Stillman in collaboration with longstanding design colleagues AvroKO, who were responsible for the warm textured accents. The private event rooms have an open and spacious vibe thanks to the high ceilings and arched windows. These spaces also include bespoke light fixtures and vast flora arrangements. The rooms are appropriate for a broad variety of event types, including seated dinners, cocktail receptions, business meetings, and social gatherings. The menu at Quality Bistro features innovative and tasty spins on bistro standards like Crabcake Paillard, Chateaubriand au Poivre for Two, and Poussin Pressé with Lemon-Charred Herbs, in addition to a selection of mouthwatering seafood alternatives. The Avenue Room and The Boulevard Room are the two private dining room choices that are available to visitors of Quality Bistro. For gatherings of a greater size, the Avenue and Boulevard Rooms may be merged to form a bigger space that can accommodate up to 100 people for a standing reception or 80 people sitting.
