Overview Despite being only two stories tall and dwarfed by its surroundings, this dazzling black-and-gold terra cotta building with zigzag modern ornamentation commands attention despite its small size. Morgan, Walls, and Clements, one of the oldest continuously operating architectural firms on the West Coast and a driving force in the development of various forms of revival and moderne architecture in Los Angeles, designed the building. A notable feature of the structure is that it is one of the city's last remaining black-and-gold Art Deco structures, and that it is a scaled-down version of the firm's downtown Richfield building (built in 1928; demolished in 1968). It was originally constructed as a neighborhood branch bank, and it served in this capacity until 1970. The building was originally used as a restaurant/nightclub, and it was later converted into a Christian center. After years of disrepair, the building was beautifully restored and converted into short- and long-term creative office space for rent. It is also available for private parties and special events.

The Long Beach Convention & Entertainment Center is a modern and stylish facility located in the heart of Long Beach’s downtown waterfront. The Center features more than 400,000 square feet of flexible exhibit and meeting space, two theaters, four ballrooms, an arena and 34 multi-purpose meeting rooms. The glass-domed Promenade Atrium, with sweeping views of the scenic waterfront and downtown skyline is available for pre-functions, receptions and special events. Other pre-function and special event areas include the outdoor Promenade Plaza, Terrace Lobby & Plaza, Pacific Gallery & Patio, Pacific Room and the Top of the Lot. Our versatile and adaptable meeting spaces can be quickly and easily transformed into the perfect venue for any event.

The Palm Sophia Rooftop is a beautiful and sophisticated event and filming area that is located in the middle of Culver City. The neighboring main room has the privilege of having forty percent of its walls and glass doors that can fully accordion away to connect to fresh air for your comfort. In addition, we have a huge outdoor area and a rooftop space (can also be closed). The breathtaking rooftop is the crown gem of our three-story structure that has a total of 17,000 square feet of flexible creative space. We are happy to accommodate filming and photography shoots, in addition to providing a full-service event department for pop-up shops, weddings, mitzvahs, religious ceremonies, birthday parties, and corporate as well as entertainment events of any size. In addition to this, one of our primary focuses is catering to the needs of our religious community for religious events. Large-scale gatherings are well within our capabilities. In addition, we like playing host to filmmaking and picture shoots. In addition, we offer planning and design services for weddings and other events (outside planners are always welcome).

Our studio and design center, which was originally located in downtown Austin, Texas, has now moved to a location just a few blocks from Venice Beach. As landscape and garden designers, we offer a wide range of services to commercial and residential clients. We also create interior and exterior commissions, floral and plant arrangements for special events, and boutique gathering and event spaces in both Venice, California, and Austin, Texas. Owner and principal designer, Selena Souders, along with her team of designers and construction crew, create and implement a variety of extraordinary landscape, hardscape, and gardening solutions for both residential and commercial spaces, starting with the initial design concept. The talents and experiences of our team are pooled together, and our work incorporates elements of philosophy, architecture, field botany, welding, floral design, and stone carving. Our magical oasis on Rose Avenue in Venice is fully stocked with a wide variety of signature vessels, plantings, succulents, and home/garden accessories to suit any style or budget.

On one side, they'll witness towering trees, and on the other, the welcoming glass doors to the Vista Ballroom. Our ceremony site is amid rolling fairways bursting with floral colors and views of the azure sea, making this South Bay wedding venue a lovely setting to get married. The Wilshire Screening Room and Art Gallery is a private event and screening facility located at 8670 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, California. Part of the Screening Services Group — ranked highest in Variety's "Small is Beautiful" — the venue combines a professional-grade cinema with an adjacent art gallery curated by Husar Fine Art, offering a distinctive setting for film events, receptions, and private gatherings. The screening room seats 49 to 50 guests in a dedicated theater with a 9'3" by 18'7" screen, stadium-style rows spaced six feet apart, Dolby Atmos audio, and 2K and 4K Christie DLP projection supporting 2D and 3D formats. The space is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Alongside the cinema, the art gallery — with its hardwood floors, track lighting, and rotating exhibitions — accommodates receptions and stand-alone events, with tables and chairs included in the rental. Underground parking is available in the building, and free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the facility.

The Amy King Dundon-Berchtold University Club of USC occupies King Stoops Hall on the University of Southern California campus in Los Angeles — a former Los Angeles Public Library that underwent a full renovation in 2012 and was renamed in 2016 following a generous gift from Amy King Dundon-Berchtold. The club has served as a gathering place for the USC community for decades, offering settings for formal dining, informal get-togethers, meetings, and private events. The venue accommodates private receptions, weddings, rehearsal dinners, symposiums, and corporate events for up to 180 guests. The adjoining Scriptorium provides an additional 1,450-square-foot meeting and event room with capacity for up to 100. Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook is a 58-acre California State Park perched at 420 feet elevation in Culver City, southwest of downtown Los Angeles. From the summit, panoramic views sweep across the Los Angeles Basin, the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Monica and San Gabriel Mountains, and the Palos Verdes Peninsula — a setting that makes it one of the most distinctive event venues in the region. The park's Visitor Center houses a glass-and-concrete pavilion, a native plant garden, a Skyline Terrace, a small theater, and a conference room — collectively accommodating gatherings from intimate meetings to receptions of up to 200 guests. The Pavilion and its adjacent outdoor spaces are available for weddings, corporate retreats, educational events, and cultural celebrations. Rentals include tables, chairs, and on-site parking. All food service must be provided by a licensed caterer, and the facility is fully accessible. Events at Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook are coordinated through the California State Parks special events office.
