From the moment Chef Daniel Boulud could hold a spoon, he remembers savoring his mother’s potato dish – Le Gratin Dauphinois, a favorite he remains to make on all celebratory occasions. The symbolic and casual restaurant connects Chef Daniel with the traditional bistros and bouchons of his hometown of Lyon, France, known for their welcoming ambiance and soulful cuisine. The rustic menu reflects a soulful approach to seasonality, bright flavors, and classic techniques highlighting special ingredients from local purveyors. Lyonnais classics such as “Quenelle de Brochet au Gratin” and “Steak Tartare à la Parisienne” share space with seasonal dishes and “Plat du Mois” – a rotating dish of the month showcasing regional cuisine, meant to share. Our wine list boasts more than 100 offerings, with a special focus on the wine regions surrounding Lyon, including Beaujolais, Burgundy, and the Rhône Valley. The cocktail menu features both classic and original selections, perfectly paired with our Lyonnaise cuisine. A selection of fortified wines and bitter liqueurs is offered as aperitifs and digestifs to elegantly complete any meal. Full of charm, Le Gratin’s interior design transports guests to the bright and boisterous bistros of France. Marble floors, wooden chairs, cigar-colored banquettes and decorative detailed tiles featuring garden flowers and cockatoos adorn the walls, contributing to the restaurant’s whimsical character, while the coffered ceilings and mirrored accents make the space feel bright and airy. Marc Dennis, a local Brooklyn-based artist, known for his hyper-realistic paintings, contributed several floral-themed pieces to be featured throughout the dining room.

Located right next to the Transmitter Park waterfront in Greenpoint, Brooklyn - ‘21’ quickly became a neighborhood favorite. Homer’s focus has always been on creating flavorful, seasonal, unpretentious fare. This ethos and effort has placed 21 Greenpoint and Murray as a Michelin Bib Gourmand award-winner consistently since 2018. 21 Greenpoint is a New York City Bistro in Greenpoint, Brooklyn with a full bar, indoor and outdoor seating areas. TIWA is a cultural event space and gallery in the heart of New York's historic Tribeca neighborhood. SPACE: The Main Gallery space overlooking historic Walker Street is a clean slate allowing for a variety of uses, specifically private dinners, cocktail receptions, talks, presentations, and exhibitions. The Rear Gallery, which houses an extensive library of art books and lounge seating, allows for an extension of the Main Gallery, or for a separate gathering space that provides staging, back of house, or a meeting area. GALLERY: Celebrating the blurred line between art and design, and the ever-evolving culture of craft, TIWA Select is a platform and gallery space engaging with artists and makers who share an affinity for the unexpectedness of the handmade. Largely self-taught with the ability to work with locally-sourced materials, collaborators draw on traditional practices in their craft — but always as an embodied interpretation of their time, environment, and culture. Their works are tethered to their personal stories, elevating everyday functional objects as artifacts of human experience.
