The Covina Center for the Performing Arts is a historic theater located in the heart of Downtown Covina, California. Originally opened in 1920, the venue has long served as an entertainment and cultural destination for the San Gabriel Valley. In December 2022, the City of Covina acquired the theater to preserve it as a performing arts space and anchor for the city's downtown district. Today, the center operates as a creative performing arts hub offering comedy shows, theater productions, musicals, and private event rentals. A partnership with The Laugh Factory brings regular comedy club performances, including appearances by well-known comedians, to the venue's historic stage. The facility is available for private rental and accommodates a variety of occasions — from weddings and film productions to meetings and community gatherings. Two rental spaces are available: the main theater with its original stage and chandelier-lit auditorium, and a banquet room suited for smaller gatherings. The venue also features a lounge and bar area for patrons.

Kestrel Park can be found in the Santa Ynez Valley, which is adjacent to the town of Santa Ynez and can be reached in thirty minutes from Santa Barbara. Our private estate serves as the setting for a select few of the events that we host each year due to the nature of our boutique and exclusive location. This guarantees that the grounds are kept in pristine shape at all times and that our customers are not hurried whether checking in or checking out (which can happen at venues that book events back to back). The Kitchen Garden is only exposed after passing through the arched entryway and gives an unlimited selection of settings in which to be photographed or wander around while drinking a cocktail. It is set in a one-acre "room" that is totally enclosed by a 12 foot high Hornbeam hedge. A stone fruit orchard with 30 trees, including peach, pluot, plum, apricot, and nectarine, is included, in addition to a heritage apple and pear orchard with 30 trees and a big vegetable garden. The stone fruit orchard includes: peach, pluot, plum, apricot, and nectarine. A cutting garden with over 700 tall bearded irises, 300 David Austin roses (comprising approximately 60 distinct types), gladiolas, tuberose, daffodils, carnations, and a lavender garden has also been painstakingly included.

The USS Potomac is Franklin D. Roosevelt's historic presidential yacht — a 165-foot vessel docked at 540 Water Street in Oakland, California, on the shores of San Francisco Bay. Built in 1934 as a U.S. Coast Guard cutter and converted into FDR's floating White House in 1936, the ship served the 32nd president through the Great Depression and World War II before becoming a National Historic Landmark. Following a fourteen-year restoration, the Potomac opened to the public in 1995 and has since welcomed more than half a million visitors. The vessel offers private charters for groups of up to 120 guests for standing cocktail-style receptions, with reduced capacity for seated dining. Charter options include two- to three-hour cruises on San Francisco Bay — with departure and return from Oakland, or remote docking in San Francisco or Sausalito — as well as stationary dockside charters at the Oakland berth. Every charter includes full access to the ship, a Coast Guard-licensed five-person crew, and two to three docents available to lead historical tours. The Potomac is well suited to anniversaries, weddings and receptions, corporate events, retirement parties, and other private celebrations. Live bands and DJs are accommodated, and a preferred caterer list is available. Guests should note that, as a 1934-era historic vessel, the ship features narrow doorways, raised thresholds, and multiple decks without elevator access.

The vault has been repurposed into a secret seating area, as part of the legendary Ken Fulk's creative vision, which pays homage to the building's history. The room is fully equipped with Sonos surround sound and televisions for presenting or watching sporting events, among other things. Our private room on the second floor is available for rent as a pool room or as a dining room for up to 20 people. The pool table can be transformed into a dining table with a wood top that can accommodate up to 14 guests. The Billiards Room is located on the second floor, within the warm and inviting wood-paneled library. The room can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. An antique tin ceiling, a vintage red felt pool table that can also serve as a dining table, and double-paned glass doors distinguish the Billiards Room from the other areas of the hotel. This area, which is equipped with a high-definition flat screen television that broadcasts all major sports and entertainment channels, is the ideal place to play pool, watch sporting events, and eat some of our canapés or family-style favorites while watching sports.

Chef Peter Hemsley's Palette is a fish-focused fine dining establishment that can be found tucked away in San Francisco's SoMa area. The restaurant offers a fresh take on traditional seafood preparations. Our products and services are based on the dynamic link that exists between the water and the city. In 2019, Hemsley launched Palette with the intention of conveying his unwavering commitment to the art he creates. His "Cal Coastal" culinary philosophy is founded on a profound reverence for the sea and is expressed via the use of seafood and produce that are both fresh and in season. The guests will be able to experience this enthusiasm on the plate as a result of the establishment of strong ties with committed regional purveyors. After receiving his diploma from the Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in Paris, Peter went on to develop his abilities at the renowned kitchens of Daniel Boulud in New York, Michael Tusk in San Francisco, and L'Arpege in Paris, all of which were owned by Alain Passard. Fisherman's Grotto, named after the local fishermen, quickly became a Wharf fixture, serving the freshest seafood collected by the family themselves. The famous Fishermen's Grotto sign, which was added to the Wharf skyline in the mid 1950s and is now a proud part of it. Fishermen's Grotto was renovated in collaboration with the Fishermen's Wharf Historical Society and the City of San Francisco.
