We built our space to be unique and original in many ways but also very minimalist and interchangeable. Our tasting room is 1,000 sf and the main feature here. Large windows open onto the sidewalk. Grey and concrete dominate the space, with 2 circular bar. One bar is a food corner with a simple kitchen set up good for food catering, pop ups or the DJ booth! Lights are all dimmable to create different moods. The main feature of the space is the large circular bar with 40 taps behind it and a big circular window that overlooks our production space. On tap we have a large selection of our cocktails (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), local beers, spirits and wine. There are 2 restrooms, one with handicap access. There is plenty of seating, bar seats, custom bench and circular tables, all can be moved or removed.

Within our five turn-of-the-century warehouses, The 1896, Studios & Stages houses over a dozen different shooting locations for Photo, Film, Commercials, and Events. Opened in 2008 by sculptor Jen Durbin, The 1896 has welcomed productions and events both small & large for nearly two decades. The site boasts many of its original features, most notably the century-old textured warehouse walls and brick-lined 110' long entrance & promenade, gorgeous skylit warehouses with a 37-foot high clerestory of windows, a 70-foot smokestack towering over Flushing Avenue, a freight elevator with original gear room, and a wrought-iron balcony and fire escape opening onto a brick-lined courtyard. The 1896 with its multiple maze of interconnected and towering warehouses and breakout rooms, both indoor and out, serve as a raw canvas for anything from a stunning Wedding to shape shifting Immersive & Interactive Events and Brand launches, raucous live Concerts blazing til dawn to mud-slinging Fashion Shows and Carnival-themed Birthday bashes. The capacity taps at 274 without permit but swells up to 1200 with a TPA. Positioned inside the North Brooklyn Industrial Business Zone in Bushwick, our parties feel on the edge of nowhere but turn the corner and you hit a dozen taco stands and the Jefferson L. Our vision for this multi-purpose 26,000 square foot filming and event location presented an opportunity to protect this historic block of buildings from the fate of over-development and to preserve it for the arts. In a historic brownstone on the Upper West Side, Arte Cafe is just steps from from Central Park and just west of the picturesque Strawberry Fields. This family-owned restaurant, which is celebrating 30 years in business, serves upmarket Italian food, including handmade handcrafted pizzas and exquisite desserts. We offer private event rooms available for rent for a variety of special occasions and budgets, including weddings. All locations are suitable for both small intimate gatherings and big occasions. Arte Cafe officially opened its doors 26 years ago, but it all began when Dina Malta traveled all the way from Italy to New York in the 1960s. Robert, her son, was a college student when he launched his first restaurant in the early 1990s, when he was still in college. With the assistance of his mother, he was able to properly administer the establishment. She was the one who came up with all of the original recipes that are still in use today. "She had such a commanding presence and always ensured that the staff was preparing everything with the freshest, most genuine ingredients possible," her son, Robert, said of his mother. Despite the fact that Dina passed away lately, her spirit lives on via Arte Cafe and the meals that are served today. Our beautiful Clubhouse is in every way a home. It was painstakingly repaired after being built in 1900 as a wedding gift for Maria Vanderbilt Shepard and William Jay Schieffelin. The Lotos Club's elegant rooms can host a variety of corporate and social events, including an intimate dinner party for eight, a joyous wedding celebration for one hundred guests, and cocktails for 160. Seasonal menus suited to your preferences and event are available from our acclaimed cuisine. Our staff is available to assist you with every aspect, including menus, flowers, and music, so you can rest and enjoy your special day. The elite Grill Room features an Old World/New World ambiance, with classic state dinner menus honoring people who have achieved excellence throughout history at The Lotos Club. The Grill Room can seat up to 75 people for a sit-down dinner and up to 90 people for standing celebrations. The Grill Room can accommodate up to 25 people at one table for an intimate wine meal. Wedding ceremonies, talks, and receptions for up to 75 people are held in the Tennyson Room. It can also accommodate dinner parties of up to 40 people. A menu created by Executive Chef Alejandro Cortez is featured at The Wright, a James Beard Award–winning restaurant located in the Guggenheim Museum. Cooking with fresh, seasonal, farm-to-table ingredients, Chef Cortez pays homage to the museum's midcentury origins while modernizing beloved classics for today's palate. The space, which was designed by Andre Kikoski Architect, is a contemporary response to the iconic design of the building. In addition, Sarah Crowner's site-specific artworks are currently on display in the restaurant. ​ The Guggenheim Museum's iconic building, which is located on Fifth Avenue between 88th and 89th streets, offers a variety of unique event spaces and is a timeless location for an unforgettable New York experience, according to the museum. There are many different types of events that can be held at the Parlour. Our spaces have been created to host and accommodate your needs as much as possible. From a small space for a nice dinner party to a medium-sized space for a medium-sized party, or a larger space for a bridal shower, baby shower, engagement party, bar mitzvah, corporate events, beer pong, and more, we have a space to accommodate your needs. The Coffee Bar, which is also known as the Espresso Bar, is located on the left hand side of our restaurant as you enter. Guests can easily accommodate 50 to 60 people in this pleasant and comfortable space. As you enter our restaurant, the main bar is located on the right-hand side of the building. This space has a dining area as well as a cocktail area that can accommodate up to 90 people. This is primarily for a special mid-size event of great significance. There are private bathrooms, a dining area, and a dancing area in our downstairs lounge, which is located in our basement. With appetizers and cocktails, we can accommodate up to 175 guests. For a sit-down dinner, we can accommodate up to 75 people. On request, we can provide a DJ and/or Karaoke services. In addition to our pool table, which serves our customers on a daily basis, the back room can be transformed into an elegant setting for a small private dinner event for up to 25 guests. On request, a small cocktail reception for 35 people can be arranged.
