Set on the second-highest peak in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Drumore Estate is a 66-acre private estate built in 1938 for newspaper magnate John F. Steinman and designed by architect Robert R. McGoodwin as a 16,000-square-foot Georgian mansion. The grounds include manicured lawns, formal gardens, woodlands, fountains, and pools, with views stretching across the Susquehanna River Valley — a setting couples often choose for both ceremony and portraits. The estate offers several event spaces to suit different celebrations. The formal garden serves as the setting most couples choose for their ceremony, with the Grand Tent, Carriage House, and Ballroom as climate-controlled or covered alternatives for a reception, dance floor, or backup ceremony space. The Grand Tent accommodates up to 400 guests and is typically available from mid-April through mid-November, while the Carriage House and Ballroom provide year-round, climate-controlled options for smaller weddings and events. A fully-furnished bridal suite and groom's lounge inside the mansion give the wedding party a place to prepare on the day of the event. Drumore Estate provides full-service, in-house catering along with an Event Planner/Facilitator and Event Manager who assist with menu selection, layout, and vendor coordination, and who handle setup and teardown. Couples receive exclusive use of the property on their wedding day. Since December 2025, the estate has been under the stewardship of Eric and Jerissa Warfel, who continue the tradition of hospitality established by the Steinman family and, later, by longtime owners Bill and Karyn Regitz.

The Barn at Fallingwater is a converted 1870s dairy barn set in the Laurel Highlands, surrounded by the woodlands of the Bear Run Nature Reserve and just minutes from Fallingwater and Ohiopyle State Park. Originally built into a hillside as a bank barn on Tissue Farm, the structure was expanded into a working dairy operation after Edgar J. Kaufmann, Sr. acquired the property in 1940. The Western Pennsylvania Conservancy later took stewardship of the site, and a 2002 adaptive-reuse restoration by Pittsburgh architects Bohlin Cywinski Jackson preserved original details — including the gaps in the vertical siding once used for hay ventilation — while earning the building a silver LEED certification. Today the Barn hosts weddings, meetings, and private events across several distinct spaces. The Fireplace Room, once the farm's milking parlor, is an 1,800-square-foot space with a large stone fireplace, integrated audiovisual, and a retractable partition wall. The Threshing Room is a 3,200-square-foot seasonal space with restored timber-frame construction and large sliding barn doors that open onto tented outdoor space. A flagstone Courtyard with a wisteria-covered trellis suits cocktail hours and intimate ceremonies, while the nearby Farmhouse, built in 1870, offers a full kitchen and two bathrooms for wedding-party preparation. Couples booking the Barn can also arrange photography sessions on the grounds of Fallingwater itself.

Two reception spaces occupy the historic buildings. The Brick Building, once home to the steam pumps that pressurized the pipeline, offers soaring ceilings and warehouse-style windows with a dance floor, and seats up to 170 guests for dinners and celebrations.
