Capital Nola
New Orleans, LA, USAThe Canal Bank & Trust Building, which can be found at 210 Baronne Street, was designed by the well-known New Orleans architect Emile Weil. Built in 1927, Weil adorned the exterior of the building with limestone statues and lined the corridors with mahogany trim, Tennessee marble, travertine floors, and brass embroidery. In addition, he used travertine floors. Before it was converted into apartments, this structure was home to a variety of professional offices as well as one of the largest banks in the South for almost 90 years. The interior of the bank lobby was designed to convey an air of majesty and scale that is unequaled by any other location in the city. The original bank lobby is now known as the Capital on Baronne and has been renovated recently. The irreplaceable plasterwork and the hand-carved marble columns are just two examples of the many details that have been preserved. The Capital on Baronne is New Orleans' most elegant ballroom, making it the ideal location for wedding receptions as well as corporate events. If you are looking for the ideal New Orleans wedding venue, look no further.

Orpheum Theater
129 Roosevelt Way, New Orleans, LA 70112, USAIn the center of the Central Business District, there is a century-old, top-notch performing arts and events venue called the Orpheum Theater. The Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra's symphonies, Platinum performers' performances, all-night Jazz Fest concerts, and movie premieres of Best Picture Oscar-winning films are just a few of the internationally enticing events that take place in this renowned venue on a local scale. One of the few vertical hall designs left in the United States, it offers an unmatched acoustic and visual experience. The orchestra floor in the Orpheum may be adjusted thanks to recent renovations, which also allowed the venue to host private events on the same stage as well-known performers. The Orpheum Theater invites weddings, Mardi Gras balls, corporate parties, and business meetings all throughout the year to ensure that every guest can experience the atmosphere of being in the spotlight on stage. The Orpheum exhibits the elaborate and luxurious architecture, including its terra cotta columns and roof as well as the plaster embellishments on the stage proscenium and sitting areas—all of which were meticulously restored and occasionally hand-painted. The theater also features a plethora of contemporary upgrades, such as its audio and visual capabilities, changeable orchestra floor, ten bars, improved restrooms and common areas, as well as building systems.

Hotel Peter & Paul
2317 Burgundy St, New Orleans, LA 70117, USAHotel Peter and Paul is the result of a four-year restoration of the former Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic church and school. The site is steeped in history, from the splendid Henry Howard-designed buildings to the school’s appearance in A Confederacy of Dunces, and its author’s (possibly apocryphal) three-person funeral in the church. The former school house, rectory, church and convent have each been carefully restored and repurposed for new congregants. Each building has its own inspiration and narrative, with the resulting restoration ensuring that no two guest rooms are exactly alike. We hope you will honor this landmark by adding to its history through your own experiences.
