    The Fiesta Gardens Building and Patio sits on the north shore of Lady Bird Lake at Edward Rendon Sr. Metro Park at Festival Beach, just east of I-35 in East Austin. Opened in 1966 as part of an early public-private waterfront entertainment complex, the property showcases a mid-century modernist take on Spanish Colonial-Pueblo Revival architecture and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The venue's open-plan dining hall spans approximately 4,000 square feet, with a generous 9,500-square-foot outdoor patio that overlooks the lagoon on Lady Bird Lake and includes a lighted, 20-by-30-foot bandstand. Together the building and patio accommodate up to 200 guests, making the space suited to weddings, quinceaneras, reunions, and other family celebrations. Inside, the dining hall includes a kitchen area with an upright refrigerator, a dual-basin stainless steel sink, and a bar area, along with tables, folding chairs, and 110V outlets spaced throughout for event equipment.     The ranch was purchased in 2014, and the owners first totally restored the white ranch home before building the three-story barn in 2015. The RoseMary Barn was then renovated from a dilapidated 1970s pole barn at the property's back to the lovely white venue it is today. The RoseMary Barn takes its name from the proprietor's mother. The RoseMary Barn is a stunning all-white event and wedding location located about 5 miles from Historic Downtown Mckinney and hotels. White shiplap is used to build the inside walls and ceilings. The venue features a large bridal suite with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor ceremony space shaded by mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar kitchen for the bartenders, a large catering prep kitchen, and a 40x32 covered pavilion that can be used for a wedding reception. We have a generator in case of power shortages, and we are Uber-friendly, allowing cars to stay overnight if Uber service is required. For our booked wedding groups and/or families, we have on-site over night accommodations in addition to the venue. This two-story barndominium has a cool modern feel to it. It includes a white shiplap kitchen with open cabinetry, gold lights, and a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. It features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two living areas. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bath, bedroom #2 has a queen bed, bedroom #3 has two queen beds, and bedroom #4 has two queen beds.
