  Crown Ridge Event Center sits in the Hill Country surroundings of northwest San Antonio, near La Cantera Resort, the RIM Shopping Center, and Six Flags. The banquet hall is owned and operated by the Columbus Club Association of San Antonio, an independent group of Catholic men whose mission is to support charitable organizations. The venue offers a range of spaces suited to different scales of celebration. The Entire Hall, lit by hanging chandeliers and anchored by a raised stage, accommodates 400 to 500 guests for large wedding receptions and galas. Within it, the Columbus Room seats 140 to 175 guests for a grand reception, while the more intimate Christopher Room, seating fewer than 130, is set up for a romantic indoor ceremony. A pre-function area with a wooden bar and comfortable couches gives guests a place to gather before the main event. Rentals include a 13-hour period covering decoration, vendor setup, and event time, along with mandatory on-site security. Catering is available in-house through a selection of entree options, with outside catering permitted by prior approval, and bar service is offered during scheduled hours.

  French Country Meadow is an event venue located in Wichita Falls, Texas, that serves the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Darrin and Kim French, husband and wife, run French Country Meadow, which is a family-owned business. French Country Meadow, founded on Christian values and based in faith, is a site where "country and class merge," making it the ideal location to celebrate the wedding of your dreams in the heart of northern Texas. Our venue is a 6000 square foot custom-built barn that harkens back to the days of the large red barns. Our goal is to create the ideal environment.... one in which "Country and Class Collide." A reception-style event can hold 200-250 people, depending on the layout and other factors. A bridal suite is located upstairs, as well as a catering kitchen that has an ice machine, warming cabinet, professional refrigerator, and microwave. A built-in bar, buffet room, and men's and women's restrooms are also available. For year-round use and comfort, the facility is temperature conditioned. The southeast side of the barn has gravel parking (3/4 acre). Our 1946 Farm Truck is a terrific addition to the property and provides excellent photo opportunities!   River Bend Nature Center sits on twenty acres in Wichita Falls, Texas, where forests, wetlands, and gardens typical of the Rolling Plains ecosystem meet along the River Bottom Forest Trail. The nonprofit nature center offers several outdoor venues for private events, including the Elizabeth Prothro Pavilion, the J.S. Bridwell Terrace, and the Forest Ceremony Site. The 7,000-square-foot Elizabeth Prothro Pavilion overlooks 15 acres of bottomland forest and accommodates up to 500 guests, making it suited to large wedding receptions, galas, and corporate gatherings. Nearby, the J.S. Bridwell Terrace offers an open-air setting planted with native vegetation for up to 200 guests, while the wooded Forest Ceremony Site, built around a rustic arbor of native wood branches, provides an intimate backdrop for ceremonies of up to 130 guests.   River Oaks Garden Club, a member of The Garden Club of America, was founded in 1927 and has made numerous contributions to the Houston community in the areas of conservation, horticulture, and civic beautification. River Oaks Garden Club is a member of The Garden Club of America. The proceeds from the Azalea Trail are used to support the following ongoing projects: Louise Stevenson, a founding member of the River Oaks Garden Club, was the driving force behind the organization's inception. She persuaded her next-door neighbor, Hennie Cottingham, to join her in forming some sort of civic beautification organization to address the critical need for civic beautification in the River Oaks neighborhood. When the Garden Club's first official meeting was held on October 27, 1927, it was attended by 29 members, and it marked the beginning of a thriving and growing organization that was eventually admitted into the Garden Club of America in 1938. The members of the club quickly gained knowledge in the areas of gardening, garden design, horticulture, and flower arranging, among other things. They used their newfound knowledge to encourage others to get involved in improving the planted environment in Houston. There are no commercial, political, or fundraising purposes permitted on the Forum. Teen parties are also prohibited on the Forum. The maximum number of people who can fit into the space is 175. HPD security will be provided, and all functions must be completed and the building cleaned and vacated by midnight on the day of the rental agreement. The building manager must approve any outside catering, and all rental equipment must be picked up after the event unless otherwise agreed upon with the building manager.

The Garden features famed bronze and stone sculptures incorporated throughout its landscape along with winding walks, serene ponds, and natural backdrops. 250 people can be seated for a supper at the UMLAUF. The welcome area has a covered area, festive lights, and nearby lawns that may be tent-covered to increase coverage. The ceremony arbor's open-air limestone and steel architecture makes it the perfect place for up to 200 people to witness or exchange wedding vows. The UMLAUF offers a daytime Intimate Wedding Ceremony option for couples looking for a unique way to commemorate their special day, which includes entrance for up to 15 guests (additional guests can be added for a max of 25 people). The Garden offers a tranquil, outdoor setting with lots of private areas for small events. The UMLAUF Sculpture Garden + Museum, which is only a short distance from the city center, is a charming and thoughtful location ideal for informal gatherings and business meetings. The Crenshaw Room, which is flooded with light, provides sweeping views of the sculpture garden. ​ The existing AV equipment is conveniently located in the room. For an off-site meal, visitors can either book catering or use one of the many restaurants along Barton Springs Road. Throughout the day, a staff member is on-site to help visitors.
