    The Fredericksburg Convention Center offers over 120,000 square feet of flexible event space across three main areas: the Exhibition Hall, the Conference Center, and the Grand Ballroom. Managed by OVG360, the venue hosts conventions, trade shows, weddings, banquets, and business meetings, pairing full-service event coordination with in-house food and beverage. The 80,000-square-foot Exhibition Hall divides into Exhibit Hall A and Exhibit Hall B, accommodating up to 3,400 attendees or 380 trade show booths for large corporate events, trade shows, concerts, and conferences. The Grand Ballroom comfortably fits up to 700 guests and can be divided into six sections for smaller gatherings — from cocktail hour in the lobby to dancing under its chandeliers. The Conference Center rounds out the facility with eleven total meeting rooms, each fully carpeted with acoustical wall treatments and individual temperature, sound, and lighting controls. The venue is a certified Virginia Green Tourism Partner, and three hotels sit within walking distance for out-of-town guests.
