Welcome to The Barn at Wilow Brook, the newest wedding barn venue and bed and breakfast inn in Loudoun County! Construction was only recently completed in September of this year. Weddings at Willow Brook's "modern farmhouse" style white Wedding Barn, with its two-story wall of windows, black metal roof, stunning hand forged chandeliers and views of hundreds of acres of beautiful countryside, make for a breathtaking, fairy tale experience. Willow Brook is located in the heart of Virginia's wine country, nestled in the rolling hills of the state's rolling hills, yet only minutes from downtown Leesburg and all of its shops, restaurants, and antique stores. Willow Brook offers weekend and day packages for your convenience. To make things easier for couples, the Website contains all pricing packages and amenities, as well as a wealth of information; however, a brief overview of the offerings is provided below. Willow Brook is currently SOLD OUT for larger weddings in 2020, but is still available for smaller weddings and events with fewer than 80 guests. Willow Brook has the following characteristics: Our philosophy at Willow Brook is based on the belief that every couple's love story is amazing and unique, and that they should be able to handcraft their wedding day exactly how they want it. In addition to being a stunning new venue with all of the "must have" modern amenities that couples desire (wait 'til you see the bridal suite, OMG!) Willow Brook was designed to be a "green" venue. Willow Brook, on the other hand, provides couples with the freedom to choose their own vendors, time frames, and other details! The B&B "Modern Farmhouse" is home to the most adorable bridal suite you've ever seen, complete with a coffee bar, wet bar, lounging area/flat screen television, mirrored make-up stations, and an amazing "sunset deck" to enjoy during your stay. Couples have commented that the Bridal Suite appears to have been taken straight out of an episode of Fixer Upper! Willow Brook's Groom's Quarters are also located within the "Modern Farmhouse." Among the many highlights of this space are a 60-inch television, a 9-foot shuffleboard table, a reclaimed wood bar with live edge mirror, an entertainment kitchen with an 11-foot Calacatta Quartz island, and plenty of hangout space. Off the Groom's Quarters is a grilling and fire pit area, which provides plenty of opportunities to entertain the men in your party! Willow Brook's Farmhouse provides couples with a variety of overnight package options, allowing them to completely customize their wedding experience and have the destination wedding of their dreams at the farm! In order to help our couples create their dream wedding experience, the Willow Brook family looks forward to walking alongside them.

Cave Hill Farm Bed & Breakfast occupies an 1830 manor house in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, built by an Englishman over three years on land granted to the Hopkins family by King George II in 1759. The Winery at La Grange sits on land originally part of Robert "King" Carter's Bull Run Tract in Haymarket, Virginia, and traces its centerpiece — a three-story red brick manor house — to builder George Green. Boxwoods planted generations ago have grown to over 20 feet, forming a natural archway along the stone path that connects the manor house to the winery. Benoni E. Harrison purchased the property in 1827 and later served as Prince William County's delegate to the Virginia General Assembly; his name lives on today in Benoni's Lounge, the estate's stone-walled cellar. The winery grows 6.3 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, and Petit Manseng grapes on the working farm, producing wines described as ones where "every glass tells a story." For weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings, the property's Barn Building serves as its main event space, with suggested floor plans accommodating up to 150 guests and wedding rentals that include the ballroom, bar, bridal suite, patios, kitchen, and grounds.

Nesselrod on the New is a thirteen-acre estate overlooking the New River in Radford, Virginia, one mile from Radford University. The property dates to 1939, when Dr. Minor Wine Thomas and Grace Nesselrodt built their Colonial Revival home — designed by architect Everett Fauber, who also worked on the Governor's Palace in Williamsburg — using stone salvaged from a decommissioned Radford train station. The family hosted a wedding on the grounds as early as 1954, and Dr. Hal and Dr. Cheryl Gillespie restored the estate and opened it as Nesselrod on the New in 1999. Today the estate offers several distinct event spaces. The Pavilion is a 4,800-square-foot covered outdoor venue seating up to 200 guests, with restrooms, a small stage, and catering facilities. The Gazebo, enclosed by hemlock trees and reached by a straight runway from the historic Thomas House, seats up to 150 for ceremonies, while the Sunken Garden — a natural depression designed by Fauber along the New River — offers an open setting for ceremonies, live music, and receptions. The Thomas House itself holds five guest suites with private bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, and living room, along with a stone veranda overlooking the river, giving couples and their families a place to stay on-site before and after the celebration.

Fort Boykin Historic Park is an 18-acre county park in Smithfield, Virginia, built around a triangular earthen fort that has stood on this bluff along the James River since colonial times. Originally christened "The Castle," the fort was constructed by colonists over roughly six months after a 1622 attack on the Bennett's Welcome and Basse's Choice settlements prompted the House of Burgesses to order a lookout fortification. It was refortified again during the American Revolution, the War of 1812, and the Civil War, and today remains open for self-guided tours through its historic earthworks. Beyond its military history, the park offers natural habitat and beach access along the James River, making it a distinctive backdrop for small outdoor ceremonies and gatherings. The site accommodates rentals of 50 guests or fewer, with reservations arranged through the Isle of Wight County Parks and Recreation Department. The park is open daily, March through October from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and November through February from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and guided tours can be scheduled through the Isle of Wight County Museum.
