Ambient includes nearly 10,000 square feet of hardwood floors, big industrial windows, a massive cyc-wall, and roll-in access, and was designed by a photographer. 910. This studio was created about that time. That was over a century ago. Prior to the sinking of the Titanic. Before the First World War. Of course, they had no idea it was going to be a studio when they built it. They believed they'd constructed a plant that would turn raw cotton into fire-resistant garments. And they did so for a total of 84 years. After that, there were a few years of hand-wringing, followed by a few years of neglect and abandonment. They finally handed it up to Jason Ivany in 2007.
