Cottonwood Glen Events is an outdoor celebration venue set on 740 acres of rolling Colorado plains east of Denver, near Bennett. The property sits within the Kiowa Creek Sporting Club and has welcomed guests since 1995, offering sweeping native landscapes, cottonwood tree groves, and wildlife-filled surroundings that make it a distinctive destination on the Front Range. The venue centers on a barn-style Pavilion with an attached Grand Patio, bridal suite, and groom's retreat. The Pavilion and Grand Patio together accommodate up to 250 guests for receptions, while The Glen — a cottonwood-shaded ceremony meadow with a handcrafted church window backdrop — seats up to 250 for ceremonies. Operated by the Indian Hills Improvement Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit, the building sits at 5,381 feet in the foothills southwest of Denver and has served the community for decades. Roxborough State Park is a 3,413-acre Colorado state park located approximately 20 minutes southwest of Denver, set against one of Colorado's most dramatic natural backdrops: the Fountain Formation, a series of tilted red sandstone spires that originated more than 300 million years ago. Designated a National Natural Landmark in 1980, the park encompasses distinct plant communities and diverse wildlife — from mule deer and black bears to 145 bird species — making it a setting unlike any traditional event venue. For intimate ceremonies and special events, the park offers two outdoor overlooks along the Fountain Valley Trail. The Fountain Valley Overlook, a short walk from the Visitor Center, features a cleared area framed by the park's iconic red rock formations and accommodates up to 25 guests. The Lyons Overlook, situated half a mile into the valley, includes a wooden deck with sweeping views of the Fountain Formation and also accommodates up to 25 guests. The Boulder Dushanbe Teahouse is a cultural landmark and event venue located at 1770 13th Street in Boulder, Colorado. The building itself is a work of art: a 1987 sister-city gift from Dushanbe, Tajikistan to Boulder, its hand-carved cedar columns, Persian-painted ceilings, and eight exterior ceramic panels depicting the Tree of Life were crafted by more than 40 Tajik artisans working entirely without power tools. After a decade in storage, the teahouse was assembled in Boulder and opened in 1998, making it one of the most architecturally distinctive venues in the Rocky Mountain region.
