Another prominent feature is the renowned 57 window, which offers a view of lively 57th Street to those who enter. The Trophy Room, with its embossed leather walls flanking a false fireplace and two walls of windows, is the setting for dinner and dancing before the show. This dining room, which has the warmth and rustic feel of a lodge, may be connected to the 57 Room, which provides further event alternatives. The Jaipur room is a 50-seat open-air room with 18-foot high ceilings framed by a 200-year-old hand-carved wooden arch salvaged from a palace in Jaipur. Decorated with Burmese teak wooden tables, the room discretely overlooks the main dining room and can be made subtly private with a simple drawing of sheer curtains.

The National Museum of Mathematics — known as MoMath — is Manhattan's only hands-on institution dedicated entirely to mathematics, and one of New York City's most distinctive settings for private events. The museum is available seven days a week for receptions, banquets, bar and bat mitzvahs, holiday parties, and more. Groups may rent a floor or the entire museum, giving guests exclusive access to the interactive exhibits with the help of trained interpreters. The Enigma Café serves as a natural gathering point for cocktail hours, and exhibits like the Square-Wheeled Tricycle and the Human Tree fractal installation give guests something to discover throughout the evening. For hosts who want to go further, MoMath's artist-in-residence can perform a live laser-cutting demonstration, or a custom scavenger hunt can be designed around the exhibit halls. Groups may select their own caterers and vendors; MoMath can provide a list of preferred partners on request.

SOHO Lofts has three unique film-friendly open lofts located in the heart of Manhattan's intimate SOHO district. These spaces are available for video, photo productions, corporate special events, and product launches. Three lofts which consist of ground floor / retail location, and attached basement, and a second floor. All these spaces could be either rented separately or combined. Privately owned, one-of-a-kind commercial loft spaces are available for rental on a daily or short-term basis. In the heart of Manhattan's SOHO district, this hotel is ideally situated. Product launches, exhibition spaces, fashion shows, film and television productions, and photo shoots are some of the most common uses for this type of space. The lofts have a total floor area of 30,000 square feet that can be customized to suit your needs. There are currently three lofts available: one on the ground floor, one on the lower level, and one on the second floor. There are also upper built-out floors available on the property as an option. This cast iron building, built in 1890 in a bustling area of Manhattan, was occupied by a famous textile manufacturing company at the time of its construction. Many of the original details can still be found in the lofts. Each loft is 10,000 square feet (50 x 200), and they are located on a stretch of Broadway between Mercer and Broadway streets. Natural light floods in through 15-foot-high sash windows that look out onto Mercer and Broadway. They also have an elevator. David Bouley was born and reared in the Connecticut town of Storrs. David's childhood spent on his grandparents' farm had a profound influence on him. Inspired by their French ancestors, he acquired a passion for preparing nutritious meals from scratch using well selected, freshly prepared components. David began working in restaurants at a young age, and has since lived on Cape Cod, in Sante Fe, and in France and Switzerland, among other places. His experience working with some of Europe's most recognized chefs, such as Roger Vergé, Paul Bocuse, Joel Robuchon, Gaston Lenôtre and Frédy Giradet, followed his studies at the Sorbonne University. After gaining valuable expertise, David went on to work in some of New York's most prestigious restaurants at the time, including Le Cirque, Le Périgord, and La Côte Basque, among others. He also worked as a sous chef in a San Francisco restaurant owned by Roger Vergé for a short period of time. David went on to become the chef of the Montrachet restaurant in TriBeCa when it first opened its doors in 1985. The New York Times published a three-star review of the restaurant shortly after it opened, attracting widespread notice. Private Dining Events and Catering provide us with opportunity to collaborate more intimately with our guests, as well as possibilities to share our passion for celebration in innovative and exciting new ways. As a result, when people taste the food that we have prepared, they can tell that it has been prepared with a lot of love. This is also reflected in the way we conduct our catering and private dining operations. The Paley Center for Media is a nonprofit cultural institution located at 25 West 52 Street in Midtown Manhattan. Founded in 1975 by broadcasting pioneer William S. Upon entering, customers are greeted by a welcoming rectangular bar made of Black Walnut from Bucks County, PA, which provides a warm, convivial drinking and dining environment. A beverage program made completely of American-sourced whiskey, beer, and wine brands complements the fully domestically sourced menu, adding to the bar's structural beauty. Harding's is a restaurant and pub that is both a neighborhood hangout and a destination. Cocktail parties, meetings, receptions, brunches, luncheons, and dinners can all be held in Harding's Cocktail Lounge, Mezzanine, Private Den, and Dining Room. Each spot can be reserved separately or in a group. Harding's Main Dining Room can be leased for full or semi-private parties, and it is ideal for social, corporate, and philanthropic events. Since New York State's mandatory closings began on March 15th, we've been taking advantage of the opportunity to engage in some serious introspection about our collective safety and our future. Perspective can be gained through the distance created by the pandemic and our separation from the familiar—work, friends, family, and social lives. We have decided to re-locate and transform Bouley at Home and Bouley Test Kitchen into a new concept due to the inherent difficulties of in-person dining in the face of the ongoing dangers of Covid-19. As we prepare to relocate from 31 West 21st Street to a new venue in Lower Manhattan's TriBeCa neighborhood (location to be determined), we are taking advantage of this rare opportunity to envision and plan what the new Bouley will look like. Bouley has been many things to many people over the course of my 35+ years in the business world. In order to achieve unbreakable health, our mission continues to be to create the most nutrient-dense menus possible while immersing guests in a community of shared culinary knowledge.
