Loon Pond Lodge occupies the historic Ted Williams Camp in Lakeville, Massachusetts, on the wooded shores of Loon Pond. Owned by the Town of Lakeville and operated through the Lakeville Park Commission, the lodge carries a storied connection to the legendary baseball player who made this waterfront his personal retreat. Inside, the main dining room features exposed-beam cathedral ceilings strung with warm white lights and looks directly out over the water. A separate cocktail lounge with a custom bar provides a dedicated space for pre-dinner receptions, and a dance floor with ambient lighting anchors the evening program. For ceremonies, a large gazebo positioned at the water's edge offers an open-air setting on the pond. For almost 35 years, the Dennis Inn, located in the tranquil seaside community of Dennis, MA, has provided a wonderful location for weddings, receptions, family reunions, holiday parties, and many other celebratory occasions. Treats Catering, our sister company, is the sole caterer for all events held at the Dennis Inn. If you want to have an unforgettable Cape Cod celebration, come to the Dennis Inn and join us. Because the Dennis Inn only accommodates one wedding reception per day, you will have complete freedom to design your day around you, with full access to the Inn and grounds. With a large tent on our wide grounds, we can accommodate up to 250 guests for indoor gatherings and up to 100 visitors for outdoor functions. The Inn also features a wonderful suite of rooms on the second floor that can accommodate up to eight guests. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen and entertainment area, and a powder room make up this wedding suite. Sea Captain Uriah Howe originally built the Barn that now houses the Borsari Gallery in the early 1800s. The barn's first purpose was to serve as a commercial abattoir for Cape Cod and its environs. The Crowell family held the Sea Captain's home and abattoir for for a century, until it was purchased by Cape Cod local artist David Grose in 1960 and utilized to showcase his work. Bob and Kathy Borsari bought the property in 2008 and undertook a three-year renovation that was both elaborate and historically appropriate. The post and beam construction was lovingly restored to its original New England rustic elegance. The original pumpkin pine flooring was exposed, the century-old "ice box" was used, and the historic 1800s track & pulley system that was employed on the property when it was an operating abattoir was displayed. It was at this point that the barn's original beauty was revealed. While the original goal of the restoration was to create a setting that would allow Bob and Kathy to continue the history of presenting good art, it was clear by the end that they had produced much more than an art gallery. As a result, the Borsari Gallery was born: "Exceptional Image & Memorable Events." A pleasant and sophisticated environment with plenty of atmosphere; an ideal and surely unusual place for small gatherings of up to 100 people.

Camp Kiwanee is a 68-acre campground and event venue owned by the Town of Hanson, Massachusetts, set on the shores of Lake Monponsett. At its heart stands the Needles Lodge, a historic structure built in the early 1900s and listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 2005 — the first property in Hanson to receive that designation. The Lodge accommodates up to 200 guests for seated receptions alongside a dance floor, and its renovated back deck overlooks Maquan Pond, with drop windows that expand seating for ceremonies. A library inside the building serves as an additional ceremony space, and outdoor lakeside and wooded settings are available for ceremonies as well. The South End Campground — available for full-evening buyout — adds 17 cabins, a bridal cottage, and a pavilion with a stage and fireplace, giving wedding parties the option to turn the celebration into an overnight retreat. Camp Kiwanee is available for weddings, corporate retreats, and private events from May through mid-October.

For each family, occasion, wedding, or event, By the Sea Guests has it all. The inn has a bed and breakfast with simple guest rooms with one or two beds, apartment-styled one or two bedroom suites, and vacation houses, all of which are ideal for family reunions, special celebrations, or wedding parties. Our three inns contain a total of 46 rooms, all of which are either next door to one other or one block apart. Two of the inns are directly on the beach. One of the inns allows pets. We're off Chase Avenue in Dennis Port, Massachusetts, on Cape Cod's Mid-Cape. We can offer room blocks, though we prefer that customers book directly with us on a first-come, first-served basis. The major inn, By the Sea Guests, is where most weddings and festivities take place. It is oceanfront, with the strip's largest white sanded beach, and an enclosed veranda that overlooks and connects to the beach, as well as an outdoor grass space where a tent can be set up.

The small-scale vegetable and flower farm Slip Away Farm is located on Chappaquiddick, a small island separated from Martha's Vineyard by a 527-foot ferry trip. Our mission is to provide our Island community with high-quality, organically cultivated flowers, fruits, and veggies. With the aid of her brother Christian and good friend Collins Heavener, Lily Walter founded Slip Away Farm in 2012. We started the farm on a one-acre lease in Katama, Martha's Vineyard, and delivered vegetables by bicycle to Chappaquiddick homeowners. Slip Away was relocated to the Marshall Farm on Chappy in 2013, a property jointly held by the Martha's Vineyard Land Bank and the Vineyard Trust. We acknowledge and respect the Chappaquiddick Wampanoag tribe's ancestral and contemporary homeland on this property. Please consider making a donation to the tribe to help them continue their efforts and receive compensation. In Chappy's original one-room schoolhouse, we now run an 85-member vegetable CSA, a 55-member floral CSA, and a self-serve farm market.
