Prism's original location had been the city's principal rug cleaning operation, which had been operating in a massive industrial structure with high ceilings for more than 50 years. Following its closure in 2005 and the formation of the city's Arts District, the facility was transformed into an artist space, then into a live performance theater, and finally into the one-of-a-kind venue Prism Annapolis, which opened in 2012.

Historic London Town and Gardens is a waterfront wedding and events venue set on 23 acres along the South River in Edgewater, Maryland — a short drive from downtown Annapolis. The grounds trace their origins to 1683, when the Maryland legislature established London Town as a colonial tobacco port. The William Brown House, built around 1760 as a tavern for ferry travelers, remains at the heart of the property today, lending a sense of history that is visible in every corner of the estate. The main event space is a 40 x 60 tent dressed with drapery and two statement chandeliers, accommodating up to 200 seated guests — expandable to 240 with an extension tent. For smaller gatherings from November through mid-April, the indoor Waterfront Pavilion seats up to 80 and accommodates around 125 standing. A 185-foot pier extends into the South River and anchors many ceremonies with open-water views. Lush landscaped gardens and the historic grounds round out the setting, offering rich backdrops for portraits and cocktail hours. Schooner Liberté is a 77-foot, three-masted staysail schooner offering sailing excursions on Vineyard Sound from Falmouth Harbor, Cape Cod. Custom-built in 2001 and annually inspected by the U.S. Coast Guard, the vessel is certified to carry up to 49 passengers on morning, afternoon, and sunset sails throughout the summer season. Liberté's design draws from the Hout Bay 70 by naval architect Dudley Dix, adapted for passenger service with a three-masted staysail rig that allows for easier sail handling and greater flexibility under varying conditions. A full onboard bar and spacious deck round out the experience for guests. The schooner is available for private charter and accommodates a range of occasions — weddings, corporate outings, birthday parties, bachelorette celebrations, and family reunions. Private charters are fully customizable, departing Falmouth Harbor for sails that may reach Nobska Lighthouse, Vineyard Haven, or east past Falmouth Heights. Captain Ross and first mate Kate purchased Liberté in 2025 and operate the vessel with an experienced crew based in Falmouth.
